The Clinical Observation On The Protection Effect Of Wenyangbushen Treatment On The Residual Renal Function Of The Patient After Early Peritoneal Dialysis

Objective:Through the perspective study in clinical case to investigate the curative effect of Strengthening Yang to Benefit Kidney on the residual renal function (RRF) of the patients under Early Peritoneal Dialysis,and to explore the correlation between the residual renal function and the Yang deficiency of traditional Chinese Medicine.Method:72 cases under Early Peritoneal Dialysis come from inpatients or outpatients of the No.2 People's Hospital attached to Fujian college of traditional Chinese medicine and Fuzhou General Hospital In December 2008 to July 2009,36 cases each Hospital.This study Adopted the Non-Randomized Concurrent Controlled Trial,and the 72 cases were divided into treatment group and control group. The former were from the No.2 People's Hospital and the latter come from Fuzhou General Hospital.Every patients in each group acquired Dialysis fully, treatment of the primary disease, positive control blood pressure,improving the anemia,hyperparathyroidism and other complications,Controlling the water intake except the traditional Chinese medicine.The treatment group added a dose of Chinese herbal medicine of Strengthening Yang to Benefit Kidney each day,to observe the points changes of the Qi deficiency and the Yang deficiency in 2 months and 4 months,and to detect residual renal function before and after treatment.Result:Before the treatment,Related to the level of physical and chemical examination,there is no statistical significance in all the cases of two groups,such as age,sex,the primary disease,the basic RRF,the points of Qi deficiency and Yang deficiency,the Cruorin,the Albumin,ect.2 months later,compared with the previous,the average of residual renal function of the two groups are reduced and the average points of Qi, Yang deficiency are increased, and some of them have statistical significance(P<0.05),slightly lower than the control group. Treatment for 4 months later,each group off three cases,the remaining 66 cases continues to be compare.The average Residual renal function continued to decrease,and Qi deficiency, Yang deficiency increased in points.Compared with the previous,there is statistical significan-ce(P<0.05).Compared with the time difference into the treatment group than in the control group,there are significant differences(P<0.05).The control group has more liquid for Peritonaeum Dialysis than the treatment group,and there are very significant differences (P <0.01).This stuhy also confirmed that the residual renal function is relevant to Qi deficiency, Yang deficiency of traditional Chinese medicine(P<0.01).Conclusion:Application Strengthening Yang to Benefit Kidney has significant effect on the RRF of the patient under early peritoneal kidney dialysis,with the feasibility and effectiveness. Meanwhile,the correlation between the RRF and the Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency,predicts the Application of Chinese medicine in patients under early peritoneal kidney dialysis in future,which has important clinical value.
