Objective:Through the clinical application of the new technology of Chinese medicine nursing,"Xingshen Jieyu" exercise, observe its application effect in improving the swallowing function and improving the quality of life of patients with dysphagia after stroke, provide a reference for promoting the new methods of Chinese medicine and data support,At the same time, provide new ideas and methods for the patients with dysphagia after stroke. Methods:Using "Xingshen jieyu" exercise to carry out nursing intervention research and effect evaluation on swallowing function of stroke patients. The inpatients who were admitted to the Department of Neurology and Rehabilitation of a TCM hospital in Taiyuan from March2019 to October 2019 were selected, and 72 patients with dysphagia after stroke were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into experimental groups and controls Group, using the research tool to evaluate the swallowing function and quality of life of the research subjects, then enter the group to carry out the corresponding nursing intervention measures, and evaluate the swallowing function and quality of life again after4 weeks of nursing intervention.Use SPSS 22.0 data analysis software to process the data.Results:(1)The general data of the two groups of subjects are not statistically significant in terms of gender, age, body mass index(BMI),education level, stroke type, stroke number and feeding method(P> 0.05),and the data are comparable.(2)Water Swallowing Test(WST)and its effect evaluation. Before nursing intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in WST score between the two groups(P> 0.05).After four weeks of nursing intervention, the WST rating afterintervention between the groups and the WST rating before and after nursing intervention within the group were compared. The rating is better than the control group, the data difference is statistically significant(P <0.05),and the difference in the efficacy data of the drinking water test in Water Swallowing Test is statistically significant(P <0.05).(3)Standard swallowing function assessment(SSA).Before nursing intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in SSA scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After four weeks of nursing intervention, the SSA scores after the intervention between the groups and the SSA scores before and after the nursing intervention within the group were compared. It is better than the control group, and the data difference is statistically significant(P <0.05).(4)Quality of life assessment for specific dysphagia(SWAL-QOL).Before nursing intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in SWAL-QOL score between the two groups(P> 0.05).After four weeks of nursing intervention, the SWAL-QOL score after intervention between the groups and the SWAL-QOL before and after nursing intervention within the group were compared In the score, the SWAL-QOL score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the data difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.The two exercise methods in the study can help patients to swallow functional exercises, but the effect of "Xingshen jieyu" exercise is more significant than conventional swallowing functional exercises.2.The effect of nursing intervention of "Xingshen Jieyu" exercise on patients' quality of life is better than conventional swallowing functional exercise methods, and is more suitable for clinical application.
