Objective:This topic through the hip replacement patients after oral faeries bone remains and early rehabilitation exercise,postoperative group points preoperatively time line of bone mineral density detection,such as bone loss was observed,to observe the curative effect of recovery after hip replacement for a fairy bone remains eventually join early rehabilitation exercise stress bone loss in patients with hip replacement after improvement to provide reliable basis for clinical application.MethodsA total of 80 patients requiring hip replacement in the department of orthopedics of the first affiliated hospital of anhui university of traditional Chinese medicine from October 2018 to October 2019 were collected.According to the principle of randomization,all subjects were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.Each group of patients underwent hip joint surgery by the same experienced chief physician,and all the patients followed the doctor's advice to take drugs,perform reasonable exercise and complete all the examinations required for the study.The control group received routine early rehabilitation exercise,anti-inflammatory and analgesic therapy,and improved circulatory therapy after hip replacement.The observation group received shenling gubao oral therapy on the basis of the control group.Xiiling gubao is produced by tongjitang,the formula is as follows:herba epimedii,xiusheng,salvia miltiorrhiza,anemarrhena,psoraleae,rehmannia.Oral administration,3 tablets at a time,2 times a day;4 to 6 weeks for a course of treatment;Femur bone mineral density,post-treatment score and related serological examination were followed up before treatment,1 month,3 months and 6 months after treatment respectively.The two groups were recorded and compared through statistical analysis,and the results were analyzed according to relevant statistical methods.Results1.Comparison of general conditions: after randomly grouping the patients in the two groups,relevant statistical analysis showed that there was no statistically significant difference in the gender,age or gender ratio between the two groups(P>,0.05),suggesting comparability.2.Comparison of bone mineral density: bone mineral density was detected and recorded before surgery in the two groups,and was statistically determined by t-test analysis,t1=0.245,P1=0.807(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in bone mineral density between the two groups,so the data could be compared.Comparison of bone mineral density 3 and 6 months after surgery between the two groups:(1)intra-group comparison: comparison of subjects in the two groups after 3 and 6 months of treatment compared with that before surgery,P=0.000(P<0.01),the differences were statistically significant,indicating that the treatment methods in the two groups could increase bone mineral density to different degrees.Comparison between the two groups:after 6 months of treatment,t2=3.122,P2=0.003(P<0.01).After 6 months of treatment,t3=5.995,P3=0.000(P<0.01)were compared between the two groups,and the statistical values of both groups were statistically significant.3.Serological test: comparison of alkaline phosphatase,hypo-ctx and PICP in the two groups showed that alkaline phosphatase and hypo-ctx at 6 months after the internal treatment were all reduced compared with that before the drug treatment,while PICP was increased,which was statistically significant(P<0.01).The above indexes were compared between the two groups at 6 months after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that the observation group was superior to the control group.4.Postoperative recovery observation: comparison of VAS score: VAS score 4 days after surgery was not statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.01).Pain was aggravated by postoperative rehabilitation exercise in both groups.VAS scores of the two groups were compared between 1 month and 3 months after surgery,and thedifference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).The effect of pain relief in the observation group was better than that in the control group.5.Comparison of HISS scores: three days after surgery,Harris scores of the two groups were compared,t1=-1.130,P1=0.262,(P>0.05).The difference was not statistically significant,and the two groups were comparable.Comparison of Harris scores after treatment:(1)comparison within the group: there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in Harris scores at the follow-up visits at 1 month and 3 months after treatment compared with those before treatment,P<0.01.(2)comparison between groups: 1 month after treatment,the Harris score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,t2=-3.133,P2=0.002(P<0.01),and 3 months after treatment,t3=-3.869,P3=0.000(P<0.01).The results showed that the observation group was better than the control group in improving the function after hip joint replacement.ConclusionFaeries bone joint early rehabilitation exercise treatment after hip arthroplasty remains stress shielding bone loss,check after bone mineral density test and serological related indicators,the results showed that dramatically improve osteoporosis,achieved through into drugs and enhance their combined with small side effects,the goal of curative effect is distinct,can be used in clinical treatment.
