Effect Of Early Rehabilitation Exercise On The Reduction Of Acquired Weakness In ICU Patients

Objective:With the development of Intensive medicine,every year tens of thousands of patients recovered from the ICU,adopt the comprehensive treatment of a significant reduction in the rate of critically ill patients,but almost completely or almost completely ICU patients with severe braking state,prone to ICU Acquired Weakness(Intensive Care Unit Acquired Weakness ICU-AW),which affect rehabilitation,reduce patient quality of life.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the early rehabilitation exercise for ICU patients during the routine treatment,and to clarify the significance of early rehabilitation for ICU patients.Methods:This study selected between January 2017 and March 2019 in our ICU critical patients 75 cases as the research object,were randomly divided into treatment group(control group)and conventional rehabilitation treatment group(intervention group),rehabilitation treatment group received by the director,the head nurse,the hospital total,head doctor,nurse group leader,technicians,etc of the rehabilitation group of early rehabilitation intervention,including passive limbs movement on the bed,bed chair to sit,stand up bed early rehabilitation exercise,etc.Results:The incidence of icu-aw in the post-intervention rehabilitationgroup(the intervention group)was lower than that in the conventional treatment group(the control group).Conclusion:early rehabilitation can be fully implemented in the ICU environment with the collaboration of multidisciplinary teams,and can reduce the icu-aw incidence and improve patients' functional mobility.
