The Research About Xiongbi Decoction's Clinical Efficacy On Phlegm And Static Blood Syndrome Of Coronary Disease Unstable Angina Pectoris,and Its Effect On Hcy,LDL-C,Hemorheology

Objective:To verify Xiongbi decoction's clinical efficacy in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris with the syndrome of phlegm and static blood as well as its effects on Hcy,LDL-C,hemorheology by the observation and comparison of patients,and to explore the mechanism of Xiongbi decoction preliminary,which may provide more evidence in traditional Chinese medicine's curative effect on the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods:Sixty patients who suffered unstable angina pectoris with the syndrome of phlegm and static blood will be screened out from The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine between January and December in 2019 as the research objects,and then randomly divided into the control group(treated by basic western medicine)and the research group(treated by basic western medicine and xiongbi decoction).After a four weeks' treatment,a conclusion about Xiongbi decoction's therapeutic effect and an analysis of its mechanism will be figured out by the comparison of the SAQ score,TCM syndrome's efficacy and score,electrocardiogram index,LDL-C,Hcy and hemorheology between two groups.Safety indicators,such as routine blood test,hepatic and renal function test,coagulation function test,will be observed at the same time.Results:(1)The comparison of TCM syndrome's scores and efficacy:There was obvious decline in TCM syndrome's scores both in two groups after treatment,and the test group showed a more distinct decrease than the control group(P<0.01).In the test group,the apparent efficiency was 16.67%,the effective rate was 80%,the inefficiency was 3.33%;whereas in the control group,the apparent efficiency was 3.33%,the effective rate was76.67%,the inefficiency was 20%;the test group had a higher total efficiency than the control group(P<0.05).(2)The comparison of electrocardiogram's efficacy: the ST-T change in both groups moved down after treatment notedly.In the test group,the apparent efficiency was 60%,the effective rate was 33.33%,the inefficiency was 6.67%;whereas in the control group,the apparent efficiency was 23.33%,the effective rate was 46.67%,the inefficiency was20%.The test group had a better effect on improving electrocardiogram's efficacy(P<0.05).(3)The comparison of angina syndrome's scores and efficacy:There was obvious decline in angina syndrome's scores both in two groups after treatment(P < 0.01).Compared to the control group,the frequency of attacks,the pain degree and the duration of angina in the test group eased evidently(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the score of nitroglycerin's dosage between two groups(P>0.05).Xiongbi decoction had a better efficacy in the first three dimensions.In terms of angina pectoris' efficacy,in the test group,the apparent efficiency was 70%,the effective rate was 26.67%,the inefficiency was 3.33%;whereas in the control group,the apparent efficiency was 43.33%,the effective rate was 46.67%,the inefficiency was10%.Xiongbi decoction had a better efficacy than its counterpart.(4)The comparison of SAQ scores:SAQ scores in every dimensions of two groups were improved significantly after treatment(P<0.01),and the test group increased to a higher level(P<0.05).(5)The comparison of laboratory results:The levels of LDL-C?Hcy?NT-pro BNP and hemorheology index(including whole blood viscosity-high shear,whole blood viscosity-low shear and plasma viscosity)all decreased more greatly than before(P<0.01).The decline in test group was larger than the other group(P<0.05).(6)The comparison of safety indicators:there's no statistically significant difference between two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions,such as acid reflux,nausea,diarrhea,dizziness and slight abnormality of liver function(P>0.05),The safety in theXiongbi decoction group is assured.Conclusion:Xiongbi decoction which can reduce the problems caused by symptoms and improve the quality of life has a good short-term efficacy for patients with unstable angina pectoris.It doesn't increase the risk of adverse reactions at the same time,which means that it is relatively safe and reliable in clinical application.Based on the results,the mechanism of Xiongbi decoction is probably related to stabilization of the plaque,inhibition of thrombosis formation,increase in the blood flow of coronary and protection of vascular endothelial cells.
