Experience Study On The Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease With Traditional Chinese Medicine By Xi Fenglin

Objectives:In this study,the software of TCM inheritance system based on(V2.5)is used to conduct statistics on the medical cases of coronary heart disease treated by Xi Fenglin,the famous doctor in Wu and my tutor Chen Jingwei.In this way,the prescription ideas,treatment principles,treatment methods and drug characteristics can be obtained,so as to study the inheritance and development of the experience of treating coronary heart disease by the tutor.Methods:Collect coronary heart disease cases included in Xi Fenglin's medical case collection and outpatient medical cases of coronary heart disease patients treated by director Chen Jingwei in the department of cardiology of Suzhou hospital of Chinese medicine from 2017 to 2019.The medical cases are recorded into the prescription statistics and clinical information statistics of "TCM inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5)",and the data mining methods such as frequency analysis,correlation analysis and entropy level clustering analysis are used to analyze the experience of the two patients in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Results:1.According to the statistics of the 120 traditional Chinese medicine in the medical cases of XI Fenglin,the five most frequent drugs in the prescription are Danshen,Jiangxiang,Chishao,Guizhi,Zhigancao.The top three of the four qi in the prescription are warm,cold and flat.The top five tastes in the prescription are spicy,bitter and sweet.The top three meridial distribution in the prescription are spleen meridian,liver meridian and heart meridian.There are 9 commonly used medicine pairs represented by Jiangxiang and Danshen.There are 12 core combinations represented by Hongshen,Zhifuzi and Ganjiang.There are 6 new prescriptions.2.According to the statistics of the 167 traditional Chinese medicine in the medical cases of Chen Jingwei,the five most frequent drugs in the prescription are Sharen,Chenpi,Danshen,Chuanxiong and Tanxiang.The top three of the four qi in the prescription are warm,cold and flat.The top five tastes in the prescription are spicy,bitter and sweet.The top three Meridial distribution in the prescription are spleen meridian,liver meridian and heart meridian.There are 21 commonly used medicine pairs represented by Danshen,Sharen and Tanxiang.There are 8 core combinations represented by Tanxiang,Chenpi and Xiangfu.There are 6 new prescriptions.Conclusion:By analyzing the clinical experience of Xi Fenglin and my tutor in the treatment of coronary heart disease,it can be seen that they share a common experience in the treatment of coronary heart disease.That is,the prescription idea of strengthening healthy qi to eliminate pathogens,the principle of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis and the characteristic of using cold and warm together.In addition,both of them had their own emphasis on medicine.Xi Fenglin paid attention to the application of the method of heart qi,Yang qi.The tutor advocates that pain is relieved with improved blood circulation and he paid attention to the use of promoting qi circulation and relieving pain.
