Objective:To analyze the related factors that affect the outcome of patients with lumbar disc herniation after percutaneous foraminal surgery, and to provide a part of clinical reference for the prognosis of patients. Methods:According to the criteria of diagnosis, inclusion and exclusion,107 patients with lumbar disc herniation diagnosed in Suzhou traditional Chinese medicine hospital from June 2018 to June 2019,who were treated with percutaneous intervertebral foramen surgery, were collected.11 factors such as the sex, ages course of disease, ponytail subsidence sign,MSU classification, modified pfirrman classification,Modic change[1],nerve root canal expansion and shaping,BMI index[2],Zhike Gancao decoction intervention that may affect the postoperative outcome who were examined by ?2 test were analyzed by single factor analysis to find out the relevant factors with statistical significance(P<0.05).The influencing factors with statistical significance in single factor analysis were analyzed by multi factor Logistic regression analysis again, with P<0.05 as the statistical significance,to study the correlation between the related factors and the postoperative outcome of patients under the multi factor effect.Combined with the results of single factor analysis and multi factor analysis, the related factors influencing the postoperative outcome of patients with lumbar disc herniation were analyzed.Results:?2 test showed that under the influence of single factor, age, course of disease, clinical symptoms,MSU classification, modified pfirrman classification,Zhike Gancao decoction intervention had statistical significance(P<0.05),while gender, ponytail subsidence sign,Modic change, nerve root canal expansion and shaping,BMI index had no significant difference(P>0.05)in the influence of postoperative outcome of patients.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that under the simultaneous action of multiple factors, the course of disease, clinical symptoms, modified pfirrman classification and Zhike Gancao decoction intervention were all independent influencing factors(P<0.05)affecting the postoperative outcome of the patients, among which the course of disease?6 months, the coexistence of lumbago and leg pain, and the modified pfirrman classification of 3-8 were all risk factors(P<0.05)for the poor postoperative outcome of the patients, and the intervention of Zhike Gancao Decoction was the protective factor of patients' postoperative outcome(P<0.05).Conclusion:Percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy is an effective method for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, and the short-term effect is related to the course of the disease, the symptoms of lumbocrural pain and the improved pfirrman classification. After the operation, the application of zhikegancao decoction can significantly improve the residual symptoms,Promote patients to return to daily work and life quickly.Has a positive effect on patient rehabilitatio.Protective factors of patients' postoperative efficacy.
