Objective:By observing the comparative gimmick reset adjustable spinal external fixator and percutaneous puncture cone keratoplasty(PVP)in the treatment of idiopathic thoracolumbar compression fractures index of imaging and clinical efficacy,to explore the clinical therapeutie effects of manual reduction of adjustable spinal external fixator, provide simple thoracolumbar compression fractures with a new kind of non-surgical treatment. Methods:In this study, patients with simple thoracolumbar compression fracture admitted to suzhou hospital affiliated to nanjing university of traditional Chinese medicine on September 1,2017 and February 28,2019 were selected as the research object. Will be included in the standard of 60 patients, take a random number table, divided into treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases,by looking at two groups of patients before and after treatment,8 weeks after treatment, treatment 1 year four nodes when the cone leading edge height ratio(RAVH),vertebral body of the protruding after Cobb Angle, thoracic lumbar pain score(NRS)and the change of the thoracolumbar dysfunction score(ODI),the application of statistical software for data within the group, the comparison between groups,to evaluate the effect of two kinds of treatments. Results:In this study,6 patients were lost for various reasons, and 54 patients were eventually included, including 26 in the experimental group and 28 in the control group. There was no statistical difference in the basic data of the two groups(P>0.05),suggesting comparability. The observation results after treatment were as follows:(1)imaging indicators:effect within the group:the recovery of Cobb Angle and RAVH in patients with injured vertebral kyphosis at different time periods was statistically significant(P<0.05)and the interaction between treatment mode and time was statistically significant(P<0.05).Intergroup effect:the comparison between the two groups at different time periods showed statistical differences(P<0,05).(2)clinical evaluation index:intra-group comparison:NRS score and ODI score of the two groups at each time point were significantly improved compared with those before treatment, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Comparison between groups:the NRS score and ODI score of the control group after treatment were better than that of the experimental group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between the two groups 8 weeks after treatment and 1 year after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:The two methods of manipulation reduction and adjustable spinal external fixator and percutaneous puncture and pyramidoplasty can improve the vertebral height, kyphosis and quality of life of simple thoracolumbar compression fracture.Percutaneous pyramidal plasty has obvious advantages in the aspects of Cobb Angle and RAVH,but there is no significant difference between the two treatment methods in the improvement of quality of life in the medium and long term. Therefore,as a non-surgical treatment, manipulative reduction and adjustable spinal external fixator provides a low-risk,painless and low-cost treatment for stable,non-spinal cord injury patients with simple thoracolumbar compression fractures.
