Older people often fall when walking,and abnormal gait during walking increases the risk of falling.In the study of the fall prevention of the elderly,the research on gait in foreign countries started earlier and more detailed.The domestic research are mainly about walking gait of the elderly,the detection of falls,and the slippage.There are few gait studies on older people crossing obstacles.To study the abnormal gait of the elderly crossing obstacles in the normal walking environment,and to simulate the scenes of elderly people buying food and lifting weights across thresholds and curbs,which can provide theory for indoor obstacle gait training or anti-fall design for the elderly.This paper studies the effects of age,cross-barrier height and weight weight on gait strategies.Gait parameters of 15 young subjects and 15 elderly subjects with lifting-crossing obstacles were collected.Each subject was subjected to a walking test of 0 kg,2.5 kg,and 5 kg weights at a height of 12 cm and 17 cm.Synchronously collect the spatio-temporal parameters,kinematic parameters and dynamic parameters of the above walking mode through VICON 3D image measuring system and Pedar-X insole type foot pressure measuring system,and use SPSS,ORIGIN and other statistical analysis software to describe and analyze the hip-knee-ankle joint of the crossing leg and the following leg,the center curve of the plantar pressure,the net height of the cross-barrier,and Cross-barrier horizontal distance.The following research work was carried out:First,analyze the effect of height and weight on the gait strategy.In the youth group,in the same cross-barrier height conditions,the author compares the changes of gait parameters under different weights.In the same weight conditions,the author compares the changes of gait parameters across different obstacle heights.In these case,the gait characteristics of different strategies are analyzed.The same ways are used to the elderly group.Secondly,the effects of different ages on the gait characteristics of the two different conditions are compared and analyzed.The gait variability of the elderly across obstacles in the normal walking environment is summarized.According to the simulation of the elderly in the normal walking environment,On the one hand,the results can be used for indoor obstacle gait training or anti-fall for the elderly.On the other hand,by studying the human joint angle of the experimental situation and the change of the center of gravity of the plantar,it provides theoretical support for intelligent products such as robots or rehabilitation aids.
