| Objective:using the method of Wen Yang Xuan polioplus partners,the treatment of chronic stable angina before and after treatment by observing the patients symptoms of TCM syndrome integral,curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,clinical symptoms,angina pectoris curative effect,life quality and adiponectin(APN)?endothelin(ET)?nitric oxide(NO)?endothelin(ET/NO)and nitric oxide ratio?total cholesterol(TC)?triglyceride(TG)?high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)?low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)to improve the situation,and objectively evaluate the clinical curative effect,the method of certification of Wen Yang Xuan and effects on endothelial function.Methods:in this study,patients aged 18 to 65 years old with chronic stable angina pectoris(xin-yang deficiency syndrome)were selected as subjects.The selected cases were 60 patients admitted to the department of cardiovascular medicine of the first affiliated hospital of anhui university of traditional Chinese medicine.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 patients in each group.In the observation group,on the basis of conventional treatment in western medicine,the patients were treated with warm Yang xuan bi decoction,and the observation course was 6 weeks.The changes of TCM symptom scores,angina pectoris efficacy,Minnesota quality of life scale score,serum APN,vascular endothelial function index(ET?NO?ET/NO),blood lipid index(TC?TG?HDL=C,LDL-C)in the two groups were observed and compared,and statistical analysis was performed.Results:1.After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.4%,and that of the control group was 70.00%.The observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the total effective rate of angina pectoris in the observation group was 86.66% and that in the control group was 76.67%,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).4.After treatment,Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire scores of both groups were lower than that before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).5.After treatment,the serum APN level of both groups was increased compared with that before treatment,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).6.After treatment,ET levels in both groups were lower than before,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).NO levels in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ET/NO ratio in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).7.After treatment,TC and TG levels in blood lipids of the two groups were lower than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,ldl-c level of patients in the two groups was lower than that before,and the comparison between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05),while the comparison within the group was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the hdc-l level of patients in the two groups was higher than that before,without statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The addition and reduction of fructus trichosanthis xiebai decoction has the effect of regulating the imbalance of ET/NO ratio.The addition and reduction of trichosanthis xiebai decoction may promote the synthesis and secretion of NO and reduce the release of ET,so as to protect the vascular endothelium,protect the ischemic myocardium,and play a role in the chronic stable angina pectoris with Yang deficiency syndrome.2.The addition and reduction of fructus trichosanthis xiebai decoction may promote lipid metabolism and improve atherosclerotic lesions by regulating the levels of APN?TC?TG?etc,thus playing a role in the chronic stable angina pectoris with insufficient cardiac Yang syndrome. |
