Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Guishaoshengbai Decoction on bone marrow suppression caused by postoperative chemotherapy breast cancer,so as to provide better treatment methods for patients. Methods: The 52 subjects in this study were from the inpatients of thyroid and breast surgery in our hospital. They were stochastically separated into different groups: the matched group and the experimental group with 26 people each. The experimental group was treated with Guishaoshengbai Decoction combined with jinyouli by intramuscular injection. In the other group, jinyouli was injected once in a chemotherapy cycle(21 days). Before and after treatment,WBC count, neutrophil percentage,TCM syndrome score,KPS score, etc.were recorded. The delayed rate of chemotherapy was calculated after the end of the experiment. The effects of the two interventions on the delayed rate of chemotherapy were evaluated. The safety of the intervention was evaluated according to the relevant recorded data.Result: 1.Before treatment, the two groups of subjects were comparable in age, course of disease,RBC count, hemoglobin content, white blood cell count, neutrophil granulocyte percentage, traditional Chinese medical syndrome score and Karmofsky Performance Scale score.2.The white blood cell count, neutrophil granulocyte percentage,TCM syndrome score of the two groups were compared before and after treatment, the p-value of the test group and the other group were less than 0.05,showing that both treatment methods were useful.3.The difference between the two groups in the aspects of white blood cell count,TCM syndrome score after treatment was significant in Statistics(P >0.05),indicating that the test group increased WBC count and improved TCM syndrome are better than the controlgroup.4.There was no statistical meaning in the postponed rate of chemotherapy in groups.5.The differences of liver and kidney function and urine routine and stool routine+ occult blood and electrocardiogram before and after treatment in the two groups were not statistically significant(P >0.05),indicating that Guishaoshengbai Decoction was safe and reliable. Conclusion : 1.Guishaoshengbai Decoction combined with Jinyouli can effectively treat myelosuppression after chemotherapy for breast cancer.2.Guishaoshengbai Decoction can effectively improve the TCM syndrome of breast cancer patients with bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy and improve the quality of life of patients.3.It is safe and reliable to take Guishaoshengbai Decoction and jinyouli.
