Clinical Study On The Effect Of Tongyu Sheng White Combined With RhG - CSF On Bone Marrow Depression After Radiotherapy And Chemotherapy Of Cervical Cancer

Purpose:To evaluate the clinical efficacy t of Diyushengbai tablets combining with recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor(rh G-CSF) to improve bone marrow suppression of cervical cancer after radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Material and method:This article colleted 78 patients with newly diagnosed advanced cervical cancer who had been regarded as bone marrow suppression after radiotherapy and chemotherapy from Gynaecology ward of Liaoning Cancer Hospital in August 2013 to December 2015.All patients were randomly divided into study group and control group. 41 cases in the control group, rh G-CSF 200μg be injected subcutaneously once daily, continuous treatment 3-5d.Checking once blood every other day and stopping rh G-CSF when two consecutive WBC count greater than 10×109 / L and continue radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment.37 cases in the study group, plus Diyushengbai tablets 4/times, three times a day oral treatment based on the control group therapy.Checking once blood every other day and stopping rh G-CSF when two consecutive WBC count greater than 10×109 / L and continue radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment,but maintained Diyushengbai tablets treatment.Monitored the change of the routine blood test of the day before treatment,the third day after treatment,the seventh day after treatment,the fourteenth day after treatment,the twenty-first day after treatment,and liver, kidney function.And record rh G-CSF dose and hospital stay during treatment.Results:1.The WBC, NE count of the study group patients of the third day after treatment,the seventh day after treatment,the fourteenth day after treatment,the twenty-first day after treatment is significantly higher than the control group, the difference is statistically significant(P <0.05) 2.The RBC count compared two group patients of the third day after treatment,the seventh day after treatment,the fourteenth day after treatment,the twenty-first day after treatment, the difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05). 3.The level of ALT,AST,Cre and Urea compared two group patients of after treatment, thedifference is not statistically significant(P>0.05). 4.Study patients using rh G-CSF dose and hospital stay is significantly reduced compared with the control group, the difference is statistically significant(P <0.05)Conclusion:1.Diyushengbai tablets can improve the therapeutic effect of rh G-CSF to bone marrow suppression after radiotherapy and chemotherapy for cervical cancer. 2.Diyushengbai tablets combined rh G-CSF and rh G-CSF alone have no effect on liver, kidney function to cervical cancer patients. 3.Diyushengbai tablets combined rh G-CSF can reduce rh G-CSF dose, shorten hospital stay.
