Purpose:To investigate the effect of Shenmai injection in reducing the myelosuppression of patients with qi-yin deficiency and qi-yin deficiency caused by TEC chemotherapy after breast cancer surgery. This study focused on common myelosuppression caused by chemotherapy and the common symptoms of TCM deficiency of both qi and yin.Observed symptoms of qi and yin deficiency include: Shenpi fatigue, less gas lazy words, spontaneous sweating, dry mouth, dry throat, body extinction,Yaoxisuanruan. The indicators of myelosuppression include: white blood cells, platelets, and hemoglobin.Preliminary evaluation of the effect of Shenmai injection.Material and method:120patients with pathologically confirmed breast cancer who underwent TEC regimen for qi and yin deficiency were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method and chemotherapy time. They were control group(n=60)and treatment group(n = 60)The patient's age is between 18 and 70 years old.The control group was treated with the TEC chemotherapy regimen and no Chinese medicine injection and Chinese herbal decoction were given. The treatment group was treated with Shenmai injection on the basis of the control group. The control group and the treatment group were treated with conventional protective liver therapy to prevent liver damage. The drug was compound diisopropylamine dichloroacetate. The usage was once 80 mg,twice daily, and static. Both the control group and the treatment group were treated with conventional stomach-protection therapy. The drug was omeprazole. The usage was once 40 mg,once daily, and static. The control group and the treatment group were treated with routine antiemetic therapy. The drug was tropisetron, and the usage was 5 mg.Once daily,it was static.Use from the first day of chemotherapy and use it for three days.Control group and treatment group were all treated with anti-allergic treatment: dexamethasone tablets 7.5mg,oral,before chemotherapy,8 o'clock in the evening and 8 o'clock in the morning. The treatment group used Shenmai injection from the first day of each chemotherapy for 7 days,100 ml per day, once daily, and at a static point. The application dose of chemotherapeutic agents is based on international guidelines. Two groups of indicators were compared after the end of two cycles of chemotherapy. The observations included abnormalities of white blood cells, platelets, hemoglobin, and symptoms of Qi and Yin deficiency in TCM.Using statistical software package to use descriptive analysis,chi-square test,non-parametric test and other statistical methods to explore the Shenmai injection to reduce myelosuppression and clinical qi deficiency in patients with Qi and Yin deficiency treated with TEC chemotherapy after breast cancer surgery.Symptoms improve.Results:1.Results The normal rate of white blood cells in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).There was no statistical significance in the hemoglobin and platelets in the treatment group.2.The improvement of clinical symptoms of TCM deficiency and qi deficiency was significantly different between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Shenmai injection has a significant effect in reducing myelosuppression of TEC regimen in patients with postoperative qi and yin deficiency.2 Shenmai injection can improve the symptoms of patients with qi and yin deficiency after chemotherapy.
