Clinical Research Of Goujuqingxiang Drink In Treating Migraine'S Disease Of Hyperactivity Of Liver-Yang

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine Goujuqingxiang Drink on the improvement of Migraine with hyperactivity of liver-yang.Methods:In this paper,the random control method is used,the calculated sample size is 64,according to the random number table provided by the statistics department of eligible patients,Patients will meet the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria divided into treatment group(Goujuqingxiang Drink+flunarizine)and control group(flunarizine)32 cases each,the headache score and TCM clinical syndrome score were evaluated at the time of admission,after four weeks of treatment,re-evaluation of the changes of headache score and TCM clinical syndrome score changed in patients,And compare their ratings.Result:After four weeks of treatment and make a statistical analysis,The headache score and TCM clinical syndrome score of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment.The scores of headache and TCM clinical syndrome in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group.the difference isstatistically significant(P<0.05).Toxic and side effects: according to the patient's long-term follow-up with four weeks,there were no obvious sick,vomit and rash era,we learned that the drug had no significant side effects.Conclusion:On the basis of routine western medicine treatment,Goujuqingxiangyin Drink can obviously improve headache symptons in patients,it can help improve the quality of life of patients,and no obvious adverse events occurred in the study,high security,have the value of carrying out.
