Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis By The Combination Of Huoxuexibi Drink And Intra-Articular Injection Of Sodium Hyaluronate

purposeThrough on knee arthralgia Huoxue Decoction Combined with sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection in the treatment of early,mid knee osteoarthritis clinical observation,objective and comprehensive evaluation of promoting blood circulation and knee arthralgia drinking glass in combination with sodium intraarticular injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis clinical curative effect.MethodsISOA and take lukewarm taking knee with clinical observation method,will meet the inclusion criteria of 72 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group(34 cases)and control group(38 cases).The control group(n = 38)gives the knee intraarticular injection of hyaluronate sodium in the treatment of a week,5 weeks for a course of treatment,were treated with a course of treatment.Treatment group 34 cases in the control group treated with Huoxue Tongbi Decoction oral treatment,daily 1 agent,morning and evening,after 30 minutes,1 week for a course of treatment,a total of treatment 5 courses.Before and after treatment were recorded in the two groups of patients symptoms,signs,adverse reactions and complications.All patients were followed up for 3 months,using visual analogue score(VAS)rating index score,compared before and after treatment of clinical efficacy.Result1.Two after 5 weeks of treatment,the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05)in the treatment group after 3 weeks of treatment,and the effect of improving the function was equivalent(P>0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group().2.The two groups in 5 weeks of treatment and follow-up 6 months VAS scores before and after comparison,difference in the treatment group had no statistical significance(P > 0.05);control group differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05),the treatment group maintain pain effect was better than that of the control group.3.Scores of ISOA effect to improve the curative effect after 3 months of follow-up,according to VAS score,the treatment group(34 cases,pain was excellent in 8 cases,good in 6 cases,8 cases,poor in 4 cases,the total efficiency of 88.23%;the control group(36 cases,excellent in 8 cases,good in 12 cases,6 cases and poor in 10 cases,the total effective rate was 72.22%.The treatment group in improving knee pain is better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).According to scores of ISOA,34 cases in the treatment group,The clinical healing in 16 cases,effective 6 cases,effective in 8 cases,invalid in 4 cases,the total efficiency of 88.23%;36 cases in the control group,The clinical healing in 8 cases,markedly effective in 12 cases,effective in 6 cases,invalid in 10 cases,the total effective rate was 72.22%.The treatment group in improving knee function effect is better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).
