Objective:In order to improve the cognition of HP in clinical workers, the clinical characteristics of patients with Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS)were studied and summarized in this paper,it provides objective reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of HP combined with Phlegm and blood stasis in OSAS,and for the prevention in time, the reduction of complications and the development of complications. Methods:?Patients diagnosed with hypertension from December 2018 to January 2020 in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Xmu and hypertension wards, after Polysomnography and PSG examination,193 patients with HP combined with OSAS were screened, and 193 patients with HP combined with OSAS were treated with TCM Syndrome differentiation, they were divided into two groups:phlegm-blood Stasis Syndrome Group and non-phlegm-blood Stasis Syndrome group.?The general demographic parameters(sex, age, blood pressure,Body mass index(BMI),neck circumference and course of disease)of the patients with OSAS were analyzed Routine biochemical parameters(Aldosterone(ALD),Renin,(REN),Triglyceride(TG),Total cholestero(TC),Low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),Glycated hemoglobin(GHB),Uric acid,(UA));Clinical characteristics of indicators related to respiratory and Sleep disorders(Apnea-hyponeaindex(AHI),MeanSaO2(MSaO2),LowestSaO2(LSaO2)).Results:Among the 193 HP patients,159 patients(82.38%)had the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis,34 patients(17.62%)had the syndrome of non-phlegm and blood stasis.Through the analysis of the clinical characteristics of the General Demographic Index, laboratory index and the related index of sleep-disordered breathing in the two groups of patients,it is concluded that compared with the non-phlegm and blood stasis combination group, there were significant differences in systolic pressure,BMI,GHB,LDL-C,ALD,Ahi and LSaO2 between the two groups(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in sex, age, nationality, height, weight, diastolic pressure, hypertension grade, neck circumference,TG,TC,UA,Ren,MSaO2 among groups(P>0.05).After regression analysis, systolic pressure,BMI,GHB,LDL-C,ALD,AHI and LSaO2 were the influencing factors in patients with OSAS,and the BMI,LDL-C and AHI has effect on phlegm and blood stasis(the odds ratios was 1.060,2.412,1.023;P ?0.05),.Conclusion:1?In this study,193 patients with HP and OS AS were found to have more phlegm-blood Stasis Syndrome.2?Compared with non-phlegm-stasis syndrome group, the BMI,GHB,LDL-C,ALD,AHI of phlegm-stasis syndrome group were higher, but the systolic pressure and LSaO2 were lower.3?LDL-C is the influencing factors of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.
