Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Black Ointment On Autologous Arteriovenous Fistula

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of treating patients with blood stasis syndrome of chronic renal failure with black ointment in the department of traumatology in our hospital for external use and functional exercise to promote the maturation of autologous arteriovenous internal fistula.Methods: This study is a prospective study,by the method of randomized controlled trials and will be in December,2018-December2019 hospital of the xinjiang uygur autonomous region of chronic kidney disease(CKD)stage 5,with long-term hemodialysis patients treated as a substitute,hemodialysis pathway for arteriovenous fistula in artificial,TCM syndrome differentiation is a type of blood stasis syndrome,a total of 48 patients were divided into treatment group and control group,control group routine therapy,and started functional exercise in postoperative 1week after the health fistula operation.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group received external application of traumatology black ointment 1 week after the operation.At the end of the course of treatment,the changes of quantified scores of TCM symptoms of patients in the control group and the treatment group were observed before and after treatment,and the changes of blood flow,pipe diameter,renal work and coagulation function of arteriovenous internal fistula in the two groups were observed.Result:1.The change of anastomotic diameter before and after treatment(difference)was statistically significant(P<0.001),and the change of blood flow before and after treatment(difference)was statistically significant(P<0.001).2.The mean inner diameter of the posterior veins in January was observed,which was(3.88±0.45)mm in the control group and(4.88±0.95)mm in the treatment group.The blood flow after 1month was observed,the control group was(205±48.73)ml/min,and the treatment group was(447.79±175.09)ml/min,showing statistical difference(P < 0.05).3.Observation 1month later,there was no statistical significance in the test of relevant indicators of BUN,Scr,UA,PT,APTT and FIB in the two groups(P>0.05).4.Efficacy of TCM syndromes:after 30 days of observation,the effective rate was 75.00% in the treatment group and40.91% in the control group,and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: External application of traumatic hei ointment can improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with blood stasis syndrome of chronic renal failure,increase the blood flow of autologous arteriovenous internal fistula,increase the internal diameter of anastomosis,shorten the time of internal fistula maturation,and accelerate the process of internal fistula maturation.
