Objective : To investigate the effects of programmed death receptor-1(PD-1),programmed death ligand-1(PD-L1),and polyadenylation diphosphate ribose polymerase-1(PARP-1)in hepatocellular carcinoma. The expression, pathological characteristics and prognosis, their correlation and clinical significance were analyzed. Methods: Use Immunohistochemical method to detect the expression of PD-1,PD-L1 and PARP-1 in 75 HCC cancer tissues and their corresponding tissue samples, and to analyze the differences in the expression of the above three markers in different tissues.Chi-square test was used to analyze the relationship between the expression of PD-1,PD-L1 and PARP-1 and the clinicopathological parameters of HCC.Spearman analyzed the relationship between the three markers and Kaplan-Meier plotted survival curves to analyze the above three markers. The impact on the prognosis of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma. Results: The positive expression rates of PD-L1 and PARP-1in liver cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues(P <0.05).PD-1 expression in two different tissues was not different. The high expression of PARP-1 in liver cancer tissue is related to portal vein tumor thrombus(X2 = 6.85,P =0.01),pathological grade(X2 = 21.34,P = 0.00),TNM stage(X2 = 18.81,P = 0.00),PD-1 Positive expression is related to tumor size(X2 = 6.02,P = 0.01)and histopathological grade(X2 = 5.23,P = 0.02),PD-L1 positive expression is related to pathological grade(X2 = 12.29,P = 0.00),TNM stage(X2 = 25.15,P = 0.00)and lymph node metastasis(X2 = 16.62,P = 0.00)are closely related;correlation analysis shows that PD-L1 is negatively correlated with PARP-1(P = 0.000,R =-0.617);And multivariate analysis showed that the expression of PD-L1 was significantly positively correlated with PFS and OS in patients(P <0.05),the expression of PARP-1 was significantly correlated with OS in patients(P <0.05),Kaplan-Meier suggested that PD-L1 was associated withPARP-1 has an effect on the overall survival of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma, and PD-L1 also affects PFS in patients with liver cancer. Conclusion: PD-L1 and PARP-1 are highly expressed in hepatocellular carcinoma tissue.Spearman analysis shows a negative correlation between the two.In survival analysis, patients with low PARP-1 expression and PD-L1 high expression have a longer overall survival and prognosis better.
