Objective:To analyze the related factors of erectile dysfunction in patients with closed pelvic fracture. Methods: According to the inclusion criteria,96 patients with pelvic fractures were selected. The age,the cause of trauma, the separation of pubic symphysis, the type of pelvic fracture, the injury of urethra, the evaluation time after fracture and the approach of operation were analyzed statistically. To analyze the relationship between these factors and erectile dysfunction after pelvic fracture. Results:According to the chi-square test of 7 factors. There was no significant difference in age, trauma, operative approach and time after fracture. The classification of pelvic fracture, pubic symphysis separation and urethra injury were statistically significant.According to binary logistic analysis, there was no statistical significance in the types of pelvic fractures. But with pubic symphysis separation and urethra injury, there was statistical significance.(OR=15.086,P<0.05;OR=6.101,P=0.002).Conclusion: For pelvic fractures,Pubic symphysis separation and urethral injury are independent risk factors for erectile dysfunction after pelvic fracture.
