Objective: Collect clinical data of patients with arthritis psoriasis for retrospective analysis.Compared with rheumatoid arthritis, improve the understanding of arthritis psoriasis and provide basis for differential diagnosis. Methods:Collected 150 hospitalized cases of arthritis psoriasis patients admitted to our hospital from January 2009 to December 2019,and analyzed their clinical data retrospectively, and compared them with150 patients with rheumatoid arthritis.SPSS 23.0 software was used for statistical inference. Results: Patients in the PsA and RA groups were statistically significant in this study.Patients in the PsA and RA groups were statistically significant in the mean age at which joint symptoms appeared. The length of stay in patients with PsA can be up to 26 days, and the length of stay in patients with RA can be up to 56 days. The length of stay in both is concentrated between 5 and 10 days.75.3% of patients with PsA first started with skin lesions,11.3% started with joint symptoms, and 13.3% started with skin lesions and joint symptoms simultaneously.Except for the hip joints in the PsA and RA groups, there were no statistically significant differences in the other joints.Except for C-reactive protein and HLA-B27 in the two groups of diseases, laboratory tests showed that the differences were statistically significant. In the PsA group,X-ray and MRI were statistically significant in terms of joint space stenosis and bone destruction.B-mode ultrasound and MRI were statistically significant in terms of synovial hyperplasia and joint effusion.Patients with PsA had 12 diseases and patients with RA had 15 diseases.Patients with PsA and RA have more treatment options, each divided into 8groups.Conclusion: This study suggests that men with PsA are more likely to be affected than women, and women with RA are more likely to be affected than men.The age at which joint symptoms appear in patients with PsA is early, and most patients begin with skin lesions.Finger joint involvement is most common in patients with PsA,and knee involvement is most common in patients with RA.The positive rates of RF and ANA in rheumatoid arthritis were higher than those of joint psoriasis.ESR settled faster in patientswith rheumatoid arthritis, and the CCP value was larger than that of psoriatic arthritis. In patients with PsA,X-rays have a high detection rate in bone destruction and joint space stenosis,B-mode ultrasound has a high detection rate in synovial hyperplasia, and MRI has a high detection rate in joint effusion.
