Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and imaging features of serologically negative patients. Methods Recall from October 2005 to August 2016 in Ning Xia Medical University General Hospital diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis inpatients,a total of 249 cases were collected.Among them,30 cases(serum negative group)of rheumatoid arthritis were detected by RF,ANA,ENA,AKA and CCP.A total of 219 patients(seropositive group)were selected for at least one of the five indicators of rheumatoid arthritis is positive.Analysis of clinical manifestations and laboratory results in such two group.Result1?Female serum negative rheumatoid arthritis patients with morning stiffness than men with seronegative rheumatoid arthritis(68.42%vs18.18%,P=0.008)..Male serology-negative rheumatoid arthritis patients with morning stiffness rate was lower than that of male seropositive rheumatoid arthritis patients(18.18%vs61.67%,P=0.020).Male serum negative rheumatoid arthritis patients with morning stiffness rate was lower than that of male seropositive rheumatoid arthritis patients(min:30vs0,P=0.014).Male serology-negative rheumatoid arthritis patients with shorter morning stiffness than men with seropositive rheumatoid arthritis(min:0vs20,P=0.011).2?Female serological negative rheumatoid arthritis patients starting symptomshave big joint pain than female serological positive proportion of patients with rheumatoid arthritis(78.95%vs76.73%,P = 0.014).Serological negative women appear dysfunction in patients with rheumatoid arthritis serological positive rheumatoid arthritis patients less than women(26.31% vs 52.83%,P = 0.039).3?Positive serological hemoglobin levels higher than the serological negative rheumatoid arthritis rheumatoid arthritis patients(g/L: 129.00000 vs121.0000,P= 0.002).Female serological negative hemoglobin(g/L: 124.00 vs 142.00,P=0.001)is lower than the same group female patients.Female serological negative rheumatoid arthritis patients with hemoglobin(g/L: 124.00 vs 116.00,P= 0.003)than women serological positive patients with rheumatoid arthritis.? Serological negative rheumatoid arthritis blood sedimentation(mm/h: 29.00 vs 42.00,P= 0.035),Ig G levels(g/L: 11.25 vs 14.80,P = 0.001)than serological positive rheumatoid arthritis patients(P< 0.05),while C4level(g/L: 0.25700 vs 0.21700,P =0.009)than serological positive rheumatoid arthritis(P< 0.05).Women serological negative CRP levels in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(mm/h: 3.70000 vs 39.80,P= 0.012)is lower than the male serological negative rheumatoid arthritis patients, female serological negative CRP levels in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(mm/h: 3.70000 vs 18.70,P= 0.018)than women with positive serum.Female serological positive Ig G levels in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(g/L: 15.30 vs 11.40,P= 0.001)than women serological negative patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Female serological negative rheumatoid arthritis Ig M level(g/L:1.30 vs 0.83,P= 0.003)than men serological negative patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Male serological negative Ig M level is lower than people with rheumatoid arthritis(g/L: 0.83 vs 1.30,P= 0.018)male serological positive patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Male serological negative rheumatoid arthritis patients with C4level(g/L: 0.333 vs 0.2515,P = 0.024)than men serological positive patients with rheumatoid arthritis.?The ratio of serological negative rheumatoid arthritis in phase III change is higher than serological positive rheumatoid arthritis(33.33% vs 12.32%,X2 = 7.616,P = 0.006).The proportion of male serological negative rheumatoid arthritis patients with a joint stage III change(54.55% vs 5.00%,X2 = 16.382,P =0.001)than men serological positive patients with rheumatoid arthritis.? hemoglobin and negativelycorrelated with blood sedimentation(P = 0.001),Ig G and negatively correlated with hemoglobin(P =0.001),blood sedimentation and Ig A were positively correlated(P = 0.001),Ig G was positively related with C4(P = 0.001).Conclusions1?Serological negative RA patient is less anaemic, less inflammatory, and more prone to bone erosion.2?Male serological negative RA patient is low Ig G levels, higher C4 levels.3?Female serological negative RA patient is longer than the other patient in the morning and is more likely to be in the first episode of major joint symptoms, and the possibility of joint dysfunction is smaller.
