Object: Cognitive function evaluation was performed on patients undergoing intraaortic dissection after aortic dissection in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University to analyze and explore the status and possible causes of cognitive function.Method: The case-control method was used to screen out patients with type B aortic dissection and hypertensive patients who were followed up from January 2019 to January 2020 in our outpatient clinic to balance age, gender, education level, and risk factors. And smoking history and other factors, the final screening of 28 patients in each group completed the RBANS assessment.SPSS 26.0 was used for statistical analysis, and the statistical significance was set at P <0.05.The t test or analysis of variance is used to analyze the influencing factors to understand the differences in cognitive performance.Result :Compared with the hypertension group, the RBANS cognitive performance of patients after intracavitary isolation was 6 sub-fields including vocabulary learning, storytelling, graphic copy, speech fluency, vocabulary recall and graphic recall,as well as immediate memory, speech function, and attention There were statistical differences in cognitive performance between the four domains and delayed memory(P <0.05).The total score of the test(P = 0.002)indicates that the overall cognitive function of the observation group is worse than that of the control group.Among them, there were significant differences in memory areas(including immediate memory and delayed memory)(P <0.05).There were statistically significant differences in non-memory areas(including speech function and attention span)(P <0.05).After analyzing the demographic influencing factors of the observation group,it was found that the cognitive performance of the five age groups and the 12 sub-fields of the different age groups and education levels was different. The older the age,the lower the education level and the higher the cognitive performance.difference.After analysis of influencing factors related to surgery,it was found that there was no significant difference in cognitive performance in different operation time and onset to operation time groups.Among them, only the three sub-areas related to memory(vocabulary learning, storytelling, and graphic recall)had statistically significant differences in cognitive function in different time groups from onset to operation(P <0.05).This suggests that, for surgical pointer patients with intraluminal isolation of type B aortic dissection, early interventional medical treatment may improve patients' memory cognition. Conclusion: Cognitive function of 28 patients with type B aortic dissection after observation in the observation group was worse than that in the hypertension control group(P = 0.002).Patients with mild cognitive dysfunction after intra-aortic dissection of the aortic dissection have statistically significant differences in cognitive performance in both the memory and non-memory fields, manifested as multi-domain cognitive dysfunction.
