Objective: By analyzing the data of high-risk population detection and risk factor distribution characteristics of high-risk population in different regions of Xinjiang,we will find out the difference of detection rate and distribution of cardiovascular risk factors in high-risk population in different regions of Xinjiang,and will provide the basis for exploring the intervention strategy of high-risk cardiovascular disease population in different regions of Xinjiang.Methods: From March 2015 to November 2018,a preliminary survey of cardiovascular health,blood pressure measurement,height,weight,waist circumference and rapid blood glucose and blood lipid testing was conducted for people aged 35 to 75 in 4 regions(including Shuimogou District in Urumqi,Changji City,Jinghe County and Yuepuhu County),to assess the risk of CVD and identify the high-risk subjects for CVD.Then we compared the detection rate and the distribution of cardiovascular risk factors in different regions and analyze the correlation between the difference of risk factors distribution with the detection rates in high-risk populations of CVD in different regions.Results: A total of 51177 people were screened in 4 regions of Xinjiang,and 11306 people were screened from the primary screening population at high risk of CVD,accounting for 22.09% of the total participants.The proportions of high-risk groups for CVD in each region were 19.28% in Shuimogou District,19.59% in Changji City,21.23% in Jinghe County and 29.17% in Yuepuhu County,respectively,there was statistically significant difference in the detection rate of high-risk groups of CVD in each region(P <0.001).The analysis showed that in the total population,smoking,SBP,DBP,dyslipidemia,and abnormal blood glucose were the main risk factors in the total population.The influence factors of different regions are quite different,the same riskfactors in each region included SBP,DBP,LDL-C,and different risk factors included smoking,history of hypertension,BMI,waist circumference,TC,TG;The high risk factors in Jinghe county and Yuepuhu county with high proportion of high risk population of CVD included the history of hypertension;By comparing Yuepuhu County and Jinghe County,it was found that smoking and TG were the important high risk factors for the difference.The same protection factors in each region are HDL-C,while other protection factors,such as education level,farmers,higher family annual income,higher health insurance penetration rate,drinking and so on,are mainly distributed in areas with low proportion of high-risk population such as Shuimogou District and Changji City.Conclusion: we found that the proportion of high-risk population of CVD in Xinjiang is still relatively high,and the regional differences are large.Among the risk factors that can be intervened,smoking,hypertension,hyperglycemia and dyslipidemia are the main risk factors for the high risk population of CVD in Xinjiang.The main risk factors in each region have their own characteristics,and the influence of the main risk factors in each region on the high risk population of cardiovascular disease needs to be further analyzed by later research data.We believe that the intervention of high-risk cardiovascular population in Xinjiang should focus on tobacco control,improve hypertension,hyperglycemia,hyperlipidemia control rate and reach the standard rate.At the same time,it is necessary to formulate comprehensive intervention strategies that conform to the characteristics of distribution of high-risk factors in various regions,reduce the influence of major high-risk factors in various regions,improve the role of protective factors,and achieve the goal of significantly improving the management level of CVD in all regions of Xinjiang.
