In our country is about to enter the age of aging,rehabilitation medical industry is a promising sunrise industry.However,medical accidents occur frequently in recent years,medical information is not transparent and public,The doctor and the patient are in a relatively tense relationship,which not only hinders the healthy development of rehabilitation medical industry,but also intensifies the contradiction between patients and medical institutions to a certain extent.In order to solve these problems,patient satisfaction is an important research direction.The purpose of this paper is to improve the satisfaction degree of inpatients in rehabilitation hospital,to construct the evaluation system of satisfaction degree as the foothold,and to focus on the environment of rehabilitation hospital,the rehabilitation treatment technology and the service attitude of staff,starting from the actual operation of the hospital.Staff service efficiency,doctor-patient communication,logistics support,medical ethics,medical atmosphere and other aspects of patient satisfaction were investigated,and the causes of patients' dissatisfaction with medical services were analyzed.Promote the rehabilitation hospital to discover the problems in the process of operation and management in time and improve the service level.This paper attempts to construct a patient satisfaction evaluation system suitable for rehabilitation hospitals in order to rehabilitate Xiaotangshan in Beijing.The reliability and validity of the system were tested by empirical study in the rehabilitation department of ten rehabilitation hospitals or general hospitals.The evaluation system was applied in Xiaotangshan Rehabilitation Hospital,and the evaluation results were taken as the basis for improvement.This study is divided into six chapters.The content of the first part is called introduction.What is the content of this paper is under what kind of background to study,what is his purpose and significance,and summarizes the satisfaction of rehabilitation patients at home and abroad.This paper expounds the research methods and innovations of this paper.The research framework and content of this paper are also introduced.The second part is related theory.Through the study of the existing literature,the concepts of medical service,customer satisfaction and patient satisfaction in rehabilitation hospital are understood,and the characteristics of medical service,customer satisfaction model and the influencing factors of inpatient satisfaction in rehabilitation hospital are explained.The third chapter is the construction of satisfaction evaluation system.Including the preliminary establishment of previous research results,through the interview of experts(10),empirical research(small sample survey),in Beijing Xiaotangshan Rehabilitation Hospital,Peking University third affiliated Hospital Rehabilitation Department,The rehabilitation department of the first affiliated Hospital of Peking University and other 10 rehabilitation hospitals or general hospitals were investigated and the reliability and validity were tested according to the results.The fourth chapter is practical application.The system was applied in Xiaotangshan Rehabilitation Hospital of Beijing.Through the investigation of the satisfaction degree of the inpatients in each department of the hospital,this paper quantifies the satisfaction degree of the patients in the form of score,and makes a preliminary summary of the satisfaction of the inpatients in the hospital.The influence of age,sex,origin,occupation,identity and hospitalization time on patient satisfaction was discussed by ANOVA.The quadrant chart analysis method was used to find out the hospital's "urgent improvement project" and "industry advantage project".And according to the survey process,the patient's highest voice of opinion and advice,to find out the hospital Aspects of the problem.The fifth chapter is the conclusion.This chapter from three aspects of Beijing Xiaotangshan Rehabilitation Hospital in-patient satisfaction study was summarized.The sixth chapter is promotion strategy.According to the problems found in the research,this chapter puts forward the promotion strategy for the future of Xiaotangshan Rehabilitation Hospital in Beijing,and points out the direction for the hospital to further improve the in-patient satisfaction in the future.It is considered that the most prominent problem in Xiaotangshan Rehabilitation Hospital of Beijing is logistics management,and there are obvious defects in canteen operation.It is suggested to solve the problems from the aspects of internal self-inspection,joint market supervision,food and drug supervision departments,and replacement of canteen contractors.
