| Different from other service industries,the medical service has its own special characteristics,so the process of carrying out the survey of patient satisfaction also shows a significant particularity.The satisfaction of medical patients are often subject to the demand change of patients with a variety of effects,can accurately judge the different needs of patients,the same patients in different stages and different environmental factors,different emotional attitude under the influence of satisfaction,to enhance the quality of medical services,has important significance can not be ignored.This paper will evaluate the NK patient satisfaction in public hospitals in Tianjin city as the research object,clear research ideas in the following six parts are analyzed and discussed: the first part briefly describes the research background,research significance,the research contents and research methods;the second part,under the premise of summarizing related concepts in the past academic research results and methods,summarizes the theoretical concept of refining patient satisfaction,medical service quality,set the weight method and a representative of the Delphy method and fuzzy evaluation method,conducted a comprehensive introduction and the steps of the introduction.In the third part,the author designs the evaluation index of patient satisfaction and the survey plan of patient satisfaction evaluation.The fourth part,through the field survey and empirical analysis,according to the above patient satisfaction evaluation model,and then summarize the analysis of the survey data.The fifth part,combined with the result of the investigation,according to several aspects of the government,patients,medical staff,hospital management,proposed the public NK District Hospital of Tianjin city in the specific measures to improve patient satisfaction.The sixth part,the main conclusions and future prospects are reviewed.Through the research and analysis can be seen,only the government,society,medical personnel,hospital patients,and these interests unified goal,clear their responsibility and targeted through a variety of ways to work together,can effectively improve patient satisfaction degree of medical industry,to solve the contradiction between doctors and patients,to create a harmonious doctor-patient atmosphere. |
