Clinical Study Of Electroacupuncture Combined Wiintramuscular Effect Patch In The Treatment Of Discogenic Lumbago

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect and feasibility of electroacupuncture combined with Kinesio taping in the treatment of discogenic back painMethodsFrom January 2018 to June 2019,60 patients with discogenic back pain who were admitted to the rehabilitation center of Foshan traditional Chinese medicine hospital were selected,who met the inclusion criteria and did not meet the exclusion criteria.According to the random digital table method,80 patients were divided into experimental group and the control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with basic treatment,like proper rest in bed,Lower back muscle training and oral celecoxib capsules to relieve pain.The treatment group on the basis of the treatment with electroacupuncture and Kinesio taping.Before and after treatment to evaluate two groups of VAS pain score and JOA score,to detect the content of TNF-a and IL-6.by extracte 5ml of cubital venous blood.The clinical effects and feasibility of electroacupuncture combined with Kinesio taping in the treatment of discogenic back pain were analyzed by statistical data.Results1.There was no significant difference in the average age,sex,injury site and average weight between the two groups(P>0.05).indicating comparability2.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS pain scores and JOA scores between the two groups.(t=-0.060?-0.647,P=0.952?0.520>0.05),Comparable;After treatment,VAS pain score and JOA score were significantly reduced in both groups,and the difference was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(t=-18.693?-17.622?-18.693?-17.622,P=0.000?0.000?0.000?0.000<0.05),There were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment.(t=2.082?2.743,P=0.042?0.008<0.05)?3.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the content of TNF-? and IL-6 between the two groups(t=-0.252?1.059,P=0.802?0.294>0.05),Comparable;After treatment,the content of IL-6 and TNF-? in both groups was significantly reduced compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.140?13.970?-15.554?11.913,P=0.000?0.000?0.000?0.000<0.01),There were significant differences between the two groups(t=2.894?3.698,P=0.005?0.000<0.01)?ConclusionElectroacupuncture combined with Kinesio taping can reduce pain symptoms,restore waist function and reduce inflammatory factor content in patients with discogenic back pain.
