Purpose:By comparing the performance of spleen deficiency syndrome and the occurrence of spleen qi deficiency syndrome in patients with breast cysts and simple hyperplasia of mammary glands, the relationship between the incidence of breast cysts and spleen deficiency was discussed, which provided a basis for the prevention and treatment of breast cysts by Chinese medicine.Method:From December 2017 to February 2019,I visited 125 patients in the Department of Breast Surgery, the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, who were diagnosed with breast cyst or simple breast hyperplasia.Filled in the spleen deficiency score scale and statistically analyzed the two groups of spleen deficiency syndrome. The total scores, the main symptoms of spleen deficiency and the syndrome of spleen qi deficiency in all ages,to explore the correlation between the incidence of breast cysts and spleen deficiency, provide a basis for the clinical "treating from the spleen" to prevent and treat breast cysts.Results:1.Comparison of total scores of spleen deficiency syndrome in the two groups:the total score of spleen deficiency syndrome in the breast cyst group was 7.89±4.17 points, and that in the control group was 5.27±4.94points,P=0.00<0.05.After statistical analysis, the difference was statistically significant, suggesting that there were more patients with spleen deficiency syndrome in the breast cyst group,and/or a greater degree.2.Comparison of the scores of the main symptoms of the two groups of spleen deficiency syndrome:There were differences in these symptoms between the two groups:loss of appetite, fatigue, tired of talking, sallow complexion, sallowness, bloating, hungry but not wanting to eat, defecation by no energy, abdominal pain, bowel, dry lips and drinking less water, extreme chilliness, profuse menstruation(P<0.05),and the remaining symptoms were similar. It is suggested that the patients with breast cysts are more likely to have these 13 symptoms of spleen deficiency syndrome than the control group. The scores of 13 symptoms were compared between groups,in which the fatigue was 0.34±0.05,the sallow color was 0.49±0.16,defecation by no energy was 0.43±0.40,and extreme chilliness was 0.52±0.25,which was poor compared with the control group. The largest value suggests that the above 5 symptoms are most prominent and most severe in patients with breast cysts.3.Multi-factor analysis of breast cyst and spleen deficiency syndrome:A total of 13 symptoms were included. After binary logistic analysis,it was found that:sallow complexion, hungry but not wanting to eat,dry lips and drinking less water, extreme chilliness, and statistically significant(P<0.05),where sallow complexion B=0.808)0,OR(Exp(B))=2.244>1,hungry but not wanting to eat B=3.177>0,OR=23.967>1,extreme chilliness B=3.124>0,OR=22.741>1,suggesting that the above 3 symptoms may be more strongly associated with breast cysts. The order of influence of the three factors was:hungry but not wanting to eat(OR=23.967)>extreme chilliness(OR=:22.741)>sallow complexion(OR=2.244).On the contrary, dry lips and drinking less water B=-2.050<0,OR=0.129<1,suggesting that lip dry drink may not be associated with breast cysts.4.Comparison of spleen-qi deficiency syndrome between the two groups:the number of spleen-qi deficiency syndrome in the breast cyst group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P=0.000<0.05),suggesting that patients with breast cysts More prone to spleen qi deficiency.5.Comparison of age difference between the two groups:All subjects were age-stratified,including 31 patients with?34 years old breast cysts, accounting for 33.33%of the age group,62 people in the control group, accounting for 66.67%;35-41 years old There were 22 patients in the breast cyst group, accounting for 53.66%,19 in the control group, accounting for 46.34%;72 patients in the breast cyst of?42 years old, accounting for 62.07%,and 44 in the control group, accounting for 37.93%.There were differences in the composition of age structure between the two groups(P=0.000<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant. It is suggested that the occurrence of breast cysts is related to age.Patients over the age of 35 were divided into one group, which was comparable to<35 years old and?35 years old.The proportion of breast cysts in the breast cyst group was significantly higher, suggesting that 35 years old may be the turning point of high incidence of breast cysts.6.Comparison of' total scores of spleen deficiency syndromes in different age groups:The two groups were age-stratified at 35 years old,and the total scores of spleen deficiency syndromes were compared between<35 years old and ?35 years old.The results showed that?In the age group of 35 years old,the average score of spleen deficiency syndrome in the breast cyst group was 8.54±3.75 points, and the control group was 4.16±3.18 points. The total scores of spleen deficiency syndrome in the two groups were different in the?35 age group.Statistical analysis, the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000<0.05),and the mean integral difference between the two groups was 4.38±0.57,indicating that after 35 years of age,the breast cyst group is more prone to spleen deficiency syndrome, and to a greater extent.7.Comparison of spleen-qi deficiency syndromes in different age groups:The patients with dialectical syndrome of spleen-qi deficiency were stratified by age,and the differences of spleen qi deficiency in different age groups were compared. The results showed that the two groups of patients with dialectical syndrome of spleen qi deficiency had 16 people at?34 years old,13 people at 35-41 years old,and 47 people?42 years old.Among them, there were 6 people in the breast cyst group?34 years old, accounting for 37.50%.There were 12 people aged 35-41,accounting for 92.31%,36 people?42 years old, accounting for 76.60%.After statistical treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P=0.003<0.05),suggesting that the two groups were dialectical as spleen qi deficiency syndrome. There are differences in age levels among patients. In the 35-year-old stratified pairwise comparison, the results showed that the spleen qi deficiency syndrome in the breast cyst group was 6 in 35 years old, accounting for 37.50%,48 people?35 years old, accounting for 80%,and the control group was<35 years old.10 people, accounting for 62.50%,12 people?35 years old, accounting for 20%,statistically,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002<0.025),indicating that patients with breast cysts over 35 years old are more likely to have spleen qi deficiency syndrome.Conclusion:1.Spleen deficiency and loss of water lead to water and wet circulation in the milk is an important pathogenesis of breast cysts. Therefore,"treating from the spleen" will be an important method for Chinese medicine to treat breast cysts.2.This study shows that with the age level, the performance and severity of spleen deficiency in patients with breast cysts are not the same:after age 35,with the increase of age,the chance of breast cysts and the severity of spleen deficiency are getting higher and higher. It is consistent with the physiological stage of the woman's "five-seven yangming pulse failure" in "Yellow Emperor' s Internal Classic",suggesting that the occurrence of female breast cyst is related to its physiological changes.35 years old may be an important age turning point in the occurrence of breast cyst,or it may be the prevention and treatment of breast cyst.Important time node.
