Treatment Observe The Clinical Effect Of Niaoshiqing Mixture Combined With ESWL In The Treatment Of Upper Ureteral Calculi With Energy-stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:Observe the clinical effect of Niaoshiqing Mixture combined with ESWL in the treatment of upper ureteral calculi with energy-stagnation and blood stasis syndrome and widen the thoughts for the urinary calculi treatment with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:The cases of this research covered the patients who suffered from upper ureteral calculi in the Inpatient Department of Zhongshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from April 2017 to April 2018.60 qualified patients were selected and randomly divided into Niaoshiqing Mixture group and control group.Among them,there were 30 cases treated with Niaoshiqing mixture and 30 cases of control group in a period of 4 weeks.1 weeks after the operations,we observed the clinical symptoms(pain and hematuria)and the effective rate of calculus excretion to evaluate the clinical efficacy.In addition,the adverse reactions were recorded in 4 weeks.At last,the data were collected through the statistics and analysis of SPSS16.0.Results:1.There is no statistical significance(P>0.05)in the basic information between two groups of cases,such as gender?age?calculi location and CT data.2.Comparing with the excretion rate between the Niaoshiqing Mixture group and the control group,the excretion rate of the Niaoshiqing Mixture group is significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);In terms of hematuria,the Niaoshiqing Mixture group is dramatically lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);In terms of pain,the Niaoshiqing Mixture group is dramatically lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);In terms of ESWL after 4 weeks,the proportion of ESWL in the Niaoshiqing Mixture group is lower than that of the control group,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).3.In terms of safety research,the Niaoshiqing Mixture group is safe.There were no adverse reactions and side effects during the treatment.Conclusion:Niaoshiqing mixture is safe?effective and free from side effects,which can effectively promote calculi excretion after ESWL,increase calculi excretion rate,reduce pain and hematuria and improve the life quality of patients.
