Clinical Study On Treatment Of Ureteral Calculi With Shihuan Decoction Combined With External Shock Wave

Objective: through the retrospective analysis of the clinical effect of the method, our institute self-made Paishi decoction combined with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in treatment of ureteral calculi therapy. Preliminary evaluation on extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy combined with Paishi Decoction cured for ureteral calculi influence rate, lithagogue time.Methods: in this study, involving a total of 76 cases of ureteral calculi patients were in 2013 March, to 2014 September during hospitalization cases in the Department of Urology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine; 76 patients were using extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy therapy, in 58 patients after ESWL combined with traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital from Paishi Decoction class Decoction Shi Lin Tang, the group of patients as treatment group, the remaining 18 cases patients for a variety of reasons for not taking Shi Lin Tang, as control group; whether the two groups of patients taking Shi Lin Tang, were routinely used western medicine symptomatic treatment measures. Through the retrospective analysis method to study two cases patient data, by way of the statistical treatment were compared between the two groups of patients with age, gender, position of the stones, stone size, total number of days of hospitalization, gravel etc., observe and analyze whether the application in our hospital self Pai Shi soup medicine cream soup case, the cure rate was two group of patients and the total efficiency and other indicators, to summarize the therapeutic effect.Results: 1, between two groups cure rate and total effective rate of the treatment group, the cure rate was 58.63%, the total efficiency of 91.38%; control group, the cure rate was 50%, the total efficiency of 83.30%; the two group contrast have significant difference(P < 0.05), the treatment group effect is better than that of control group. 2, in the two group cured cases gravel comparison times, treatment group third gravel ratio of 8.82%, significantly lower than the control group 22.22%, gravel times results significantly different, P < 0.05, explain the extracorporeal lithotripsy combined with stone stranguria decoction can reduce the number of patients with gravel, stones can be discharged in a shorter time. 3, two groups of cure gallstone patients discharged compared between days, the treatment group within 14 days of discharge the stone patients accounted for 70.59%, only 33.33% of the control group, two groups of data comparison significant differences(P < 0.05), that the patients in the treatment group were discharged stones days compared to the control group have the advantage. ESWL combined with stone stranguria Decoction in patients with gallstones in shorter time, the therapeutic effect is obvious.Conclusion: 1、observing the clinical commonly used in the light of the treatment of ureteral calculi after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy measures, combined with our hospital self-made Shi Lin Tang is one of the most simple and effective and safe clinical treatment, the cure rate is high. 2、Based on the compatibility characteristics of stone Lin Tang, the Party of clearing away heat and promoting diuresis, row stone Lin, Qi stasis and relieving pain. Under the guidance of Chinese medicine theory, through differentiation to patients on treatment and combined with modern medical treatment, the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment to the ideal therapeutic effect on ureteral calculi, has very high clinical value of application and popularization.
