The Clinical Efficacy Analysis Of Combining ESWL With URL For Upper Ureteral Calculi In Officers And Soldiers Of Grass-root Troops

Objective: To compare the efficacy and safety of ESWL and URL and combining ESWL with URL for upper ureteral calculi in Officers and Soldiers of Grass-root Troops;in order to find a safer and more effective methods.Methods: All patients were divided into three groups according to different treatment methods,(total 93 cases,31 cases in each group).Respectively on each group of cases of the treatment of stones,stone-free rate, operation time, postoperative hospital stay and complications,etc,make the related discussion and analysis.Results:The success rate of stone treatment of ESWL, URL, ESWL combined with URL were 71.0%?74.2% and 93.5% respectively,stone-free rate of ESWL, URL, ESWL combined with URL were 61.3%, 87.1% and 65.5% respectively. The difference between the ESWL group and the ESWL combined with URL group, had statistical significance(P < 0.05), the URL and the ESWL combined with URL group difference had statistical significance(P < 0.05), but differences between the URL and the ESWL group had no statistical significance(P > 0.05);Stone diameter?15mm 34 cases(stone-free rate was 50%), stone diameter <15mm 59 cases(stone-free rate was 69.4%), the difference between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Stone retention time?14 days 26stone-free rate cases(stone-free rate50%), stone retention time < 14 days 67 cases(stone-free rate 80.6%), the difference between the two groups had statistical significance(P < 0.05).Compared the incidence rate of complications in the three groups,there was no statistical significance between ESWL and URL or ESWL+URL(P>0.05), compared with URL and ESWL+URL the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The operation time and postoperative hospital stay of ESWL combined with URL were significantly less than the URL group.Conclusion:Combining ESWL with URL for upper ureteral calculi in Officers and Soldiers of Grass-root Troops had remarkable clinical curative effect. Therpeutic alliance can significantly improve the success rate of stone treatment ?stone-free rate, can significantly reduce the incidence of complications, as well as shorten the hospitalization period of Officers and Soldiers of Grass-root Troops, etc. Suitable for promotion in basic-level hospital,this therpeutic alliance not only has great helpful to ensure the patient participation rate and improve the quality of life of patients and save the cost of hospitalization,but also possesses a great significance to shorten the hospitalization period, enhance the combat effectiveness of troops and save military expenditure.
