Objective:In this paper, the clinical characteristics of elderly patients with sleep apnea syndrome were investigated by the combination of the cardiopulmonary coupling apparatus and the screening of the elderly patients with chronic diseases.Method:1.A total of 217 patients admitted to the Tai'an Central Hospital in March2017-February 2018 were all aged over 60 years.2.All the patients in the group received routine inquisition, and recorded the patients'age, height, weight, smoking and drinking history, genetic history, hypertension history and diabetes history. After admission, the patients was examined Biochemistry, coagulation,,CPC was used to monitor the quality of sleep and analyze the variability of heart rate.Sleep quality monitoring and analysis of heart rate variability in the report of AHI,RMSSD,LF/HF ratio, blood biochemical in fasting blood glucose, triglyceride, total cholesterol, uric acid, homocysteine,C reactive protein,D-dimer index two.According to whether AHI is normal,it is divided into AHI normal group(AHI<5 times/hour)82cases and AHI abnormal group(AHI?5 times/hour)135 cases.3.SPSS 20 version software was used to analyze the data.Measurement data was expressed by mean standard deviation(?x±s).T test between the two groups was performed.Count data was expressed by percentage, and x~2 test was used between the two groups.P<0.05 was considered statistical significance.Results:1.Comparison of general clinical characteristics between AHI normal group and abnormal group:there were no significant differences in age,BMI,triglyceride, total cholesterol,C reactive protein,D-two polymer(p>0.05),fasting blood glucose(5.91+1.41),uric acid(298.23+87.39),high homocysteine(15.2+8.97),smoking(44/32.6%)of AHI normal group were different from fasting blood glucose(6.68+2.79),Uric acid(271.79+80.14),high homocysteine(12.51+5.79)and smoking(14/17.1%)in the abnormal AHI group, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).2.Comparison of sleep parameters between normal group and abnormal group by cardiopulmonary coupling:there was no significant difference in total sleep time and sleep efficiency between the two groups(p>0.05),RMSSD(30.83+22.69),LF/HF ratio(1.54+1.07)in the abnormal AHI group were different from RMSSD(41.66+32.01)and LF/HF ratio(0.90+0.46)in the normal AHI group, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).3.Comparison of AHI in elderly patients with different chronic diseases:AHI was not related to the number of diseases, and the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).Conclusion:1.AHI is associated with fasting blood glucose, uric acid, homocysteine, sex, sex, smoking and smoking,RMSSD,LF/HF in the elderly patients. In the elderly patients, uncontrolled diabetes and insulin resistance, hyperuricemia, hyperhomocysteinemia, sex for men, smoking, and stubbornness are high. When the blood pressure, the uncontrolled angina and arrhythmia in the night,we should be aware of the existence of sleep apnea syndrome and timely screening.2.In this subject, the elderly common disease mainly talks about four diseases of hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes and cerebral infarction. The activity of sympathetic nerve in the elderly patients with sleep apnea is enhanced.Whether or not the patients are combined with sleep apnea syndrome,if there is no contraindication, they can be added to beta-blockers.
