Comparative Study Of Two Methods For Locating The Center Of SMILE Operation

Purpose:To compare the corneal projection method and the cornea vertex localization method in smile operation.Method:Perspective study.From July 2017 to May 2018,342 patients(661 eyes)who were admitted to the clinic of all-femtosecond laser surgery in the first affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were selected.181 women and 161 men.The focal points of cornea under microscope and the vertex of cornea in corneal topography were compared as the center of smile operation.Result: Offset quadrant inconsistency in 16 eyes(8 eyes each).47 eyes with inconsistent cubic topographic maps(22 eyes with right eye).The consistency is 97.5.Conclusion: Under the microscope,the corneal vertex is the center of smile operation.They have high consistency.
