Study On Chemical Constituents And Pharmacological Activities Of Auricularia Cornea

Auricularia cornea CV.Yu Muer from cultivation of Auricularia polytricha was white mutant strain.In this paper,chemical constituents and anti-tumor effects of A.cornea CV.Yu Muer were studied,including the following four parts:The research progress of Auricularia polytricha and A.cornea CV.Yu Muer are reviewed.Modern pharmacological research shown has blood coagulation,antioxidant function,immune regulation and significant anti-tumor effects of Auricularia polytricha.A.cornea CV.Yu Muer as a new cultivated resource in the market of Chinese food and medicinal fungi.At present,there are reports on the cultivation techniques and nutrient composition of A.cornea CV.Yu Muer.However,there are no reports on the chemical composition and pharmacological activity.In chemistry,the fruiting body of A.cornea CV.Yu Muer as raw material to separate chemical constituents.Extracted with petroleum ether(30-60?),ethyl acetate,acetone and methanol.Chemical constituents of A.cornea CV.Yu Muer was divided two parts: The first part is isolation and purification of chemical constituents of A.cornea CV.Yu Muer,get 6 kinds of chemical composition,Respectivelyergosterolperoxide(1),GlycerylMonooleate(2),Ergosterol(3),Cerevisterol(4),Ergosta-7,22-dien-3?-ylpalmitate(5),Diisobutyl phthalate(6).The second part is comparative analysis of chemical composition of four jelly fungi with GC-MS method.In petroleum ether extract contained 4 kinds of the same substance in four kinds of fungi.The highest content of bis(2-ethylhexyl)adipate in petroleum ether extract of A.cornea CV.Yu Muer was 29.018%.The content of dibutyl phthalate(DBP)in other 3 kinds of fungi were 95.995%,76.982% and 55.70% respectively.Tetradecanal only was found in A.cornea CV.Yu Muer.The content of linoleic acid were higher in the ethyl acetate extract of T.fuciformis and Auricularia polytricha.In A.heimuer(sample a)the cedrol was found.A great quantity of benzoic acid was detected in A.heimuer(sample b).The unique chemical composition of T.fuciformis was anthiaergosta-5,7,9,14-tetraene.Anti-tumor activities form the fruiting body of A.cornea CV.Yu Muer extract in H22 bearing mice.Studied by detecting the tumor-inhibition rate,content of IL-2,TNF-?,IFN-?,in serum and observing pathological section of tumor of H22 mice.The result was that the tumor-inhibition rate of H22 mice treated with high dose and low dose of ethyl acetate extract was 39.9% and 37.5% respectively;the necrosis was found in the tumor of the all treating groups,and the necrosis area in high does treating group of ethyl acetate extract was obviously larger than that in low does treating group through observing the tumor section stained with HE.Compared with model group,ethyl acetate extract could enhance immune activity and increase the content of IL-2,TNF-?,IFN-? significantly.It is proved that A.cornea CV.Yu Muer has potential anti-tumor effect,and have a certain relationship with enhance immunity.Research and development of A.cornea CV.Yu Muer products,the theory as the guidance of Traditional Chinese Medicine,A.cornea CV.Yu Muer of date tea have moistening lung effects,Long-term consumption of the human body has a good nutrition and health effects.The processing technology of A.cornea CV.Yu Muer of date tea with A.cornea CV.Yu Muer;Ziziphus jujuba;Crataegus as main materials,researched by single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments.The results show that the optimum production conditions of A.cornea CV.Yu Muer of date tea were content of A.cornea CV.Yu Muer 10 g,Ziziphus jujuba 50 g,orthogonal 10 g,the ratio of 1:5:5,2500 ml drinking water,a constant temperature of 100?for 40 min,concentration 1000ml;after adding 1.5g Panax quinque folium,5g barley tea,2.5g Platycodon grandiflorum,cooking 10 min.The processed technology of compound beverage according to method of sensory evaluation had best flavor,and the produce quality standard are made.
