[Objective]To investigate the effect of recent blood glucose level, patients'clinical features and morphological characteristics of aneurysms on intracranial aneurysm rupture.[Methods]A total of 128 patients with intracranial aneurysms who met the inclusion criteria were selected. All patients were examined by total cerebral digital subtraction angiography(DSA)or CT angiography(CTA).Clinical characteristics of the patients, including gender, age, history of hypertension, blood lipid level, blood pressure on hospital admission, history of diabetes mellitus, blood glucose level on admission, glycosylated hemoglobin and smoking were collected.Colleted morphological characteristics of aneurysm from DSA or CTA,including aneurysm neck, aneurysm length, aneurysm width,AR ratio, morphological regularity, whether or not they have daughter sac.Data analysis used SPSS24.0 software, comparison between groups used T test or chi-square test.Univariate logistic regression was used for analysis of risk factors. Then the statistically significant risk factors were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression.[Results]On comparing the rupture group with the non-rupture group, the difference between age, sex, history of hypertension, blood pressure on hospital admission, history of diabetes mellitus, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood lipid level, smoking, aneurysm length, aneurysm neck,AR ratio have no statistical difference.(p>0.05),blood glucose levels, aneurysm width, irregular shape and daughter sac(p<0.05)of aneurysm were statistically significant the statistically significant risk factors were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression. In multivariate logistic regression analysis, there was statistical difference in the aneurysm width, daughter sac, irregular shape(p<0.05).Divided aneurysm width into two groups many times and analyzed by logistic regression, the difference has statistically significant when divided into two groups of<3mm and>3mm(p=0.035).[Conclusion]Although the blood glucose level during admission was higher in the rupture group than the non-rupture group, there was no difference in the level of glycosylated hemoglobin between the two groups, suggesting that the recent blood glucose level did not play a role in rupture of the aneurysm.daughter ascus of aneurysm and irregular shape was found to be independent risk factors for rupture.
