Objective: The purpose of this study was to analyze the correlation between glycosylated hemoglobin A1c(Hb A1c)and glycosylated albumin(GA)and the blood glucose at seven points in the whole day,in order to find a more reasonable and effective blood glucose monitoring method.Methods: In this study,according to Hb A1 c level,282 subjects were divided into Hb A1c<7% group(96 cases)and Hb A1c≧7% 且 ≦8.4% group(80 cases)and Hb A1c>8.4%group(106 cases).At the same time,According to GA level,83 cases of GA<17% group、99 cases of GA ≧17% and≦24% group、100 cases of GA>24% group.First,the basic data of different Hb A1 c levels and different GA level groups were compared among groups.Then the correlation analysis between the Hb A1 c level and the whole day blood sugar at seven points was carried out by grouping the Hb A1 c levels according to the above cut points.The correlation between the different GA levels and the whole day blood sugar at seven points was also analyzed.Results: The clinical data after collection and grouping showed a positive correlation between Hb A1 c and blood glucose at seven points throughout the day,but the degree of correlation was different.When Hb A1 c value < 7 %,the blood glucose value after breakfast was highly correlated with Hb A1c;fasting,after breakfast,after lunch,and before bedtime were associated with a high degree of correlation when Hb A1 c was ≥ 7 % and Hb A1c≦8.4 %;when Hb A1 c value is more than 8.4 %,fasting plasma glucose level was highly correlated with Hb A1 c.After the show,GA and seven have the same blood glucose all day long positive correlation,but the degree of correlation is different.When the GA value is <17%,after breakfast blood glucose is highly correlated with GA,the rest of the time points showed a moderate correlation;when the GA value is in the range of 17%~24%,fasting,after breakfast and after lunch time the value of blood glucose and GA showed high levels of performance related,the rest of the time point for the low level of correlation;when the GA value is more than 24%,fasting,after breakfast and lunch after the blood glucose level is highly correlated with GA expression,the rest of the time point for the low level.Conclusion: When Hb A1 c level was low,the correlation between Hb A1 c and fasting blood glucose was the highest.And the correlation between Hb A1 c and postprandial blood glucose was the highest when Hb A1 c level was high.The correlation between GA and fasting blood glucose was the highest at high GA level was low.And the correlation between GA and postprandial blood glucose the highest when GA level was high.
