Clinical Study Of Fuyuan Yiwei Decoction After Radical Operation Of Gastric Cancer

Objective: To investigate the curative effect and safety of Fuyuan Yiwei decoction after radical operation of gastric cancer,and to provide a theoretical basis for its clinical application.Methods: A total of 90 cases of postoperative gastric cancer patients admitted to Tongde Hospital of Zhejiang Province were included in the study and grouped according to the random number table.In the control group,45 patients received conventional SOX chemotherapy.45 patients in the treatment group began to take Fuyuan Yiwei decoction one week after surgery and received SOX chemotherapy two weeks later.Three weeks is a course of treatment.After 6 chemotherapy courses,the changes before and after treatment of EORTC QLQ-C30,KPS score,nutritional index and immune function,TCM syndrome efficacy,adverse reactions,tumor markers CEA and CA19-9 were compared between the two groups.Results: In EORTC QLQ-C30 score: compared with the control group,after treatment,the treatment group could obviously improve physical function,emotional function,general health,fatigue,nausea and vomiting,insomnia,loss of appetite,constipation,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In KPS score: after treatment,the treatment group KPS score was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).In terms of nutritional indicators,after treatment,the albumin,body weight and body mass index of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of immune indicators,after treatment,the levels of NK,CD3,CD4,CD4 / CD8,Ig G,Ig M and Ig A in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the levels of CD8 in treatment group is lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the curative effect of TCM syndrome in treatment group was obviously better than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Tumor markers CEA and CA19-9 of the two groups were decreased after treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in bone marrow suppression,liver and kidney damage and neurotoxicity between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).In the gastrointestinal side effects: the incidence of diarrhea and nausea and vomiting in the control group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions: Taking Fuyuan Yiwei decoction after radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer patients can significantly improve the EORTC QLQ-C30 and KPS score,improve postoperative nutritional status,immune function and TCM syndrome,and reduce postoperative diarrhea,nausea and vomiting of patients during chemotherapy.
