Observation Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction On The Treatment Fractures Of Limb Swelling

Objective:the purpose of this study is through controlled clinical study,to further understand the actual differences between Current therapeutic regimen and Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction for treating swell of postoperative patients with fracture,to provide a more effective and feasible treatment for the treatment of limb swelling after fracture operation.Methods:the cases came from the autonomous district hospital of traditional Chinese medicine bone of four from May 2014 to 2015 December,who would accept surgical treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture,aged from 65 to 85 years old,the postoperative patients were randomly divided into two groups.While the control group was given ice after the operation,of 20% mannitol 250 ml intravenous drip for 3 days(1 times a day),relying on Etoricoxib Tablets for 5 days with analgesia, raising the affected limb,guide patients do ankle flexion and extension in the postoperative first week,the second week began to do the ankle、knee joint flexion and extension.Treatment group:on the basis of this treatment,enjoin patient took orally Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction(rhubard 30 g,bupleurum chinense 15 g,angelica 9g,peach kernel 9g,carthamus tinctorious 6g,manis pentadactyla 6g,trichosanthes 9g,leech 3g,Amomum villosum 6g.chao sanxian 9g),the traditional Chinese medicine provided by pharmacy of Autonomous Region Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,and by traditional Chinese medicine decoction room decoction and distribution.Record the limb circumference on the first day after surgery(postoperative day without drug treatment),and 3 days after surgery,often 7 days.Compaired the circumferential diameter difference and effective after treatment of the two groups.Results:compared the circumferential diameter on the same position of the contralateral sites and effected limb of two groups,p=0.203,the difference was not statistically significant,comparability between the two groups.Two groups compaired the effect on the third and seventh day:Third days after surgery:u=373.00,p=0.007,P <0.05;seventh days after operation:u=213.00,p=0.000,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,The curative effect of the treatment group in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture after surgery is significantly better than the control group.Control group and treatment group markedly effective and effective unified called total effective,and to calculate the overall efficiency of each group,it is concluded that the control group,the effective rate was 77.14%,treatment group efficient 97.05%,the total efficiency was 72.46%,between the two groups have efficiency exist differences in clinical practice.Compare the control group with the treatment group to get the chi square value: c2 =4.403,p=0.036,P<0.05,there was statistical significance between the two groups,there were differences between the two groups.Conclusion:the recovery of Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture was significantly better than the control group,it is worthy of further clinical application.
