Construction Of Operation Room Nursing Safety Evaluation Index System For Emergency Replantation Of Severed Fingers

Objective The aim to establish all levels of perfect index system of nursing safety assessment for patients with emergency replantation of severed fingers.To further standardize the contents and elements of nursing safety assessment for special types of patients under the subdivision of medical discipline.It should provide a management tool for establishing a safety guarantee system for patients undergoing emergency replantation of severed fingers and provide reference for clinical nursing workers to establish nursing safety evaluation index system for different types of surgical patients.And provide a practical toll for the administrators to effectively apply the "ten major safety goals of patients" under the factors of the operating room.Which reflects the "safety culture" and ensures the safety of patients during the operation of emergency replantation of severed fingers and provides the necessary guarantee for the success.Method Firstly,through the review of related papers,summarized the related research of nursing safety assessment index system of emergency patients with replantation and updated the literature in subsequent studies.Secondly,retrospective analysis of nursing adverse events occuring during the operation in the past two years.The results of qualitative interviews with operation room nurses and emergency patients with replantation were gathered.The experience of nursing safety assessment system at domestic and foreign was reference and inspiration.Finally,the framework of nursing safety assessment index system using the Delphi method to carry out consultation and demonstration of 16 medical specialists,anesthesiology and nursing experts in 16 Department of Specialized Orthopedic Hospital.Results The index system of nursing safety assessment for emergency replantation was established,which included 3 first-level indicators,12 two-level indicators and 55 three level-indicators.The positive coefficient of consultation experts is 100%and the authoritative degree coefficient is 0.88.After two rounds of inquiry,16 experts agreed on the rationality of the first-level indicators.The coefficients of variation of the second and third-level indicators were 0.00-0.11 and 0.00-0.15 respectively.The coefficients of variation of the second and third-level indicators weight was 0.00-0.11 and 0.00-0.22 respectively,which were less than 0.25.Conclusion The index system of nursing safety assessment for emergency replantation of severed fingers has highlighted the specialty characteristics and well-targeted.It integrates safety management into all links of emergency replantation process and achieves systematic,scientific,standardized and meticulous safe management of patients with replantation of severed fingers.So as to ensure the safety of operation during emergency replantation and provide a serious of operable evaluation tools for administration.
