| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of abdomen-separated ginger mud cross moxibustion on blood stasis type postpartum body pain,and to study the therapeutic mechanism of abdominal cross moxibustion with ginger mud,to provide a kind of clinical treatment of this disease a more convenient way.Methods: A total of 60 patients with blood stasis type postpartum body pain were randomly divided into abdominal ginger mud cross moxibustion group with30 cases and conventional acupuncture group with 30 cases.Before and after treatment,VAS scores and scores of primary and secondary symptoms of TCM syndromes were recorded and statistically analyzed.Results:1.Curative effect of TCM syndromes’ analysis:the total treatment efficiency of cross moxibustion group and routine acupuncture group wer e90.00% and 83.33%,respectively.After analysis,the difference is signi ficant(P=0.027<0.05).2.One group can improve some TCM symptoms,the other group is also.In terms of body pain after childbirthand,lower abdomen pain,there is a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),in terms of joint tingling,poor joint flexion and extension,and Lip nail blue and purple There was no statistically significant difference in the improvement of symptoms such as lack and dark color(P>0.05).It shows that cross moxibustion with ginger paste on abdomen is superior to conventional acupuncture in improving symptoms of body pain after childbirthand,lower abdomen pain.3.Significant improvement in VAS score after treatment for these two groups,and the pain of the cross moxibustion group with ginger paste on the abdomen was better than that of the conventional acupuncture group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both abdominal ginger mud cross moxibustion and acupuncture as usual all can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with blood stasis type postpartum body pain;In some symptoms of TCM,such as postpartum pain and pain in lower abdomen,cross moxibustion with ginger paste on the abdomen improved more obviously,and made up for the disadvantages of conventional acupuncture,such as frequent treatment times and short duration of curative effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
