The Clinical Analysis Of Eosinophilic Gastroenteritis Manifested By Upper Gastrointestinal Ulcer

Background objective:For eosinophilic gastroenteritis,the patients with this disease mainly show gastrointestinal inflammation,which is characterized by eosinophilic abnormal infiltration in the digestive tract,and some patients also show nausea,vomiting,diarrhea,abdominal pain,diarrhea,or even black stool or bloody stool.Some patients with the disease have a history of allergies.The incidence of eosinophilic gastroenteritis is low,and patients do not have special clinical manifestations,so in the clinical work of doctors,there will be misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of this disease.The etiology,misdiagnosis,diagnosis and treatment of eosinophilic enteritis manifested by upper gastrointestinal ulcer were analyzed and discussed in this paper,.It is hoped that through the results of this study,we can provide effective research cases for patients with eosinophilic gastroenteritis manifested by refractory upper gastrointestinal ulcer,and then improve the recognition and attention of this disease.Materials and Methods:From January 2012 to March of 2018,24 patients with eosinophilic gastroenteritis diagnosed and manifested as refractory upper gastrointestinal ulcer in the Third Grade First-Class Hospital of Weihai City were selected as the case for this study.At the same time,the clinical characteristics of eosinophilic gastroenteritis in the causes of treatment were also discussed.Endoscopic characteritis,,causes of disease and misdiagnosis,treatment and prognosis were collected and analyzed.Results:In this study,more than 24 patients suffered from acidic granulocytic gastroenteritis,and the patients showed gastrointestinal ulcer in the course of treatment.Through data query,we found that the disease can occur at any age of human beings.The average age of onset of the disease is about34.92 years old.In all patients,41.7%of the patients are simple mucosal type.The other patients were combined with muscular type and serosal type.Duodenum is the most common site of upper peptic ulcer in all patients,accounting for 45.83%,gastric antrumand pylorus 41.67%,esophagus and other parts 12.5%,and infarction is one of the most common complications of all gastrointestinal ulcer complications.In this article,we will compare the data before treatment with those after treatment,and we can find that after treatment,the eosinophils of patients'blood have decreased significantly.Moreover,after B-mode ultrasonography,CT and barium contrast examination,according to the results of the patients,we can find that there is no obvious specificity in the clinical features.Most of the patients are manifested as obstruction or peritoneal effusion.The causes of misdiagnosis are common gastrointestinal ulcer,chronic gastritis,globulitis and gastrointestinal swelling.Tumors and appendicitis.During the treatment of eosinophilic gastroenteritis with upper gastrointestinal ulcer,doctors can give patients glucocorticoid,which is the first-line drug for eosinophilic gastroenteritis.To a large extent,it can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients.According to the study of many cases,it can be seen that if the patient stops taking the medicine by himself or reduces the dosage of glucocorticoid to the minimum dosage,the patient may have the phenomenon of recurrence of symptoms.However,according to the current observation,most of the patients after treatment are very good,and through interviews,we found that all the patients in the study did not have canceration.Patients with EGE disease will first appear abdominal pain,followed by nausea,vomiting,diarrhea and other symptoms.Endoscopic examination of patients with these symptoms shows that the gastrointestinal mucosa is congested and erosive under endoscopy.Because the disease has no obvious specificity,there are many cases of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.Additionally,eosinophilic gastroenteritis is a relatively rare disease in clinic,so the risk of misdiagnosis increases.In addition to the above reasons,the illness of the disease is very complex,so it will be difficult to diagnose the disease without special detailed examination in the process of examining the patients.Conclusion:Eosinophilic gastroenteritis is rare in clinic and there is no specificity between clinical symptoms and endoscopy.In clinical work,the disease is often missed or misdiagnosed,and patients through endoscopy,found that the patient's endoscopy results show repeated refractory upper gastrointestinal ulcer.Especially,after the doctor treated the patients with regular anti-ulcer and eradication of Helicobacter pylori,the treatment results still show ineffective,the need for eosinophilic.Granulocytic gastroenteritis was considered.More than 6 endoscopic biopsies and detailed inquiries about the allergic history of the patients are helpful to improve the first diagnosis rate of the disease.From this we can see that the clinical manifestations of EGE are diverse and non-specific.It is easy to be misdiagnosed and serous type is rare.Corticosteroid has good therapeutic effect and quick effect.
