Study Of The Early Curative Effect On Rheumatoid Arthritis By Acupuncture Combined With Electronic Moxibustion

Objective :To study the early curative effect on rheumatoid arthritis (RA) by acupuncture combined with electronic moxibustion.Methods :60 cases with rheumatoid arthritis were divided into treatment and contrast group at random .Each group had 30 cases .Treatment group adopt acupuncture cooperated with electronic moxibustion treat ,contrast group adopt YingTaiQing among them .To its symptoms, physical signs and the experiment indexes ,comparing with and contrast among the groups before and after the therapy was treated .And had observed the contrast to two groups of curative effects and side effects .Results :The total validity rate of treatment group is 83.33% ,contrast group is 80% ,there was no significant difference between two groups (P >0.05) .Clinical symptoms, physical signs and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) of two groups improved after treatment .And compared treatment group with contrast group ,there was no significant difference (P >0.05) .Rheumatoid factors (RF) of two groups partly changed into negative after treatment ,there is no significant differences between two groups (P>0.05) .The side effects incidence of treatment group and contrast group is 3.3% and 26.7% respectively ,and treatment groups side effects incidence is lower than the contrast groups (P <0.05).Conclusions :Acupuncture cooperates with the electronic moxibustion can certainly achieve the early therapeutic effects of rheumatoid and arthritis ,with few side effects and it is worth popularizing .
