Rabbit gallbladder is the dry gall bladder of rabbits,and it is bitter and cold.The main active ingredient of rabbit gallbladder is bile acid,which also contains various chemical components such as cholic acid,deoxycholic acid and lithocholic acid.This thesis summarizes the research on animal bile medicine and the main chemical components and pharmacological effects of rabbit bile powder through the retrieval and induction of related literatures.In addition,compared with bear bile powder,the trace elements such as Ca,Mg,Zn and Na contained in rabbit bile powder have little difference,and the pharmacological effects are similar.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to comprehensively utilize a large number of discarded rabbit gallbladder,replace bear bile into the drug,and conduct in-depth research on the anti-inflammatory effect of rabbit bile powder and improve the pharmacological effects of the body.This study we investigated the effect of rabbit bile powder on the rat model of rhinitis induced by dinitrochlorobenzene and compared it with bear bile powder.The results showed that both rabbit bile powder and bear bile powder could effectively improve the inflammatory condition of rats.The interstitial changes were significantly changed in each dose group compared with the model group,and the vasodilation hemorrhage was improved and the distribution of inflammatory cells was decreased.At the same time,the study also determined the prostaglandin?PGE?content in the allergic rhinitis reaction in mice.The results showed that both rabbit bile powder and bear bile powder could significantly reduce prostaglandin?PGE?content?P<0.01?,indicating that rabbit bile powder pair Inflammatory tissue in mice has a certain repairing effect.In this paper,the effects of rabbit bile powder and bear bile powder on the phagocytic function of mouse reticuloendothelial system?RES?were revealed,and its effect on the non-specific immunity of the body was revealed.The results showed that compared with the blank group,the phagocytosis of the mice in the drug-administered group was significantly increased?P<0.01?in a dose-dependent manner.This indicates that rabbit bile powder and bear bile powder have a certain effect on EGFR phagocytosis,which significantly improved the endoplasmic reticulum phagocytosis of mice,thereby improving the non-specific immunity of the body to some extent.Futhermore,we examined the effects of rabbit bile powder and bear bile powder on LT transformation and immune organs in model mice.The results showed that rabbit gallbladder powder and bear bile powder high and middle dose groups,and model group showed lymphocyte transformation?LT?.The significant difference?P<0.01?indicates that the regulation of T lymphocyte function is one of the mechanisms to improve the body's immunity.In addition,compared with the model group,the thymus and spleen index of the rabbits in the rabbit group and the bear bile powder increased significantly?P<0.05?,and the spleen index of the high-dose group reached4.69 mg·g-1and 4.52 mg·g-1 the difference is about 0.17 mg·g-1;the thymus index is1.89 mg·g-1 and 2.01 mg·g-1 respectively,the difference is about 0.12 mg·g-1;which indicates that rabbit bile powder and bear bile powder can significantly increase the weight of mouse spleen and Its index?P<0.05?,thereby improving the immunity of mice.In addition,rabbit bile powder and bear bile powder also have certain effects on the production of hemolysin antibody in mice.The experimental results show that the hemolytic optical density of rabbit bile powder bile powder is significantly enhanced?P<0.05?,both of which are obvious.Promote the formation of hemolyzed antibodies,and the dose-effect relationship is outstanding.This also indicates that rabbit bile powder and bear bile powder also stimulate B cell differentiation and increase the proliferation of plasma cells,which can enhance the humoral immune function of mice and improve the immunity of mice.force.We established the mice model of liver injury induced by CCl4 in this study,,and further explored the protective effect of rabbit bile powder on the liver from the aspects of inflammatory reaction and oxidative stress.One hour after the last administration,the normal group was injected with the same dose of olive oil,and the other groups of mice were intraperitoneally injected with 0.15%CCl4 olive oil(10mL·kg-1,one-time injection)to establish an acute liver injury model.The results showed that rabbit bile powder can significantly reduce the levels of alanine aminotransferase?ALT?and aspartate aminotransferase?AST?in mouse serum,and significantly increase glutathione transferase?GSH?and superoxide dismutase?SOD?in liver tissue.Activity reduces the level of lipid peroxidation product malondialdehyde?MDA?.In addition,histopathological staining showed that rabbit bile powder can significantly improve liver tissue necrosis and inflammatory infiltration caused by CCl4.In summary,the results of this study clearly show that rabbit bile powder has significant anti-inflammatory and immune-enhancing effects,and improve acute liver injury by partially alleviating oxidative stress and inhibiting inflammatory response in mice.The development and utilization of bile powder provides a certain scientific basis.
