Objective To analyze the lung function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)during the remission of respiratory department in the People's Hospital of Lhasa,Tibet, and to understand the factors that may affect lung function. Methods The clinical data and pulmonary function related indexes of200 patients with remission COPD who were admitted to the inpatient department of respiratory department from September 2017 to January 2019were collected. The correlation between lung function and age, smoking index(SI),body mass index(BMI),altitude(elevation)may be analyzed. Results The results of the analysis of the main indicators of lung function in 200 patients with COPD during remission were as follows:(1)40?age?59 had larger VC,FVC,FEV1,MVV and TLCO compa-red with age?60 years old(P=0.000),and the value is smaller on RV/TLC(P=0.005).(2)Compared with the BMI<25kg/m~2 group, the BM-I?25kg/m~2 group had larger VC,FVC,FEV1,MVV and smaller RV/T-LC(P<0.05),but the difference was not statistically significant on TLC-O.(P>0.05).(3)Compared with the altitude<4000m group, the group with altitude?4000m had larger VC,FVC,FEV1,MVV,TLCO and s-maller RV/TLC(P<0.05).(4)Compared with the smoking index?200 gro-up,th-e smoking index>200 group was worse on VC,FVC,FEV1,MV-V,TLCO(P<0.05),especially on TLCO(P=0.003),but there was no d-ifference statistical significanceon RV/TLC(P>0.05).(5)Correlation analysi-s of lung function index with age,BMI,SI,altitude:VC,FVC,FEV-1,MVV and TLCO were negatively correlated with age,RV/TLC was positively correlated with age,but age had less effect on RV/TLC The effects on VC,FVC,FEV1,MVV and TLCO are significant;VC,FVC,FEV1,MVV and TLCO are positively correlated with BMI,RV/TLC i-s negatively correlated with BMI,but BMI is for VC,FVC,FEV1,M-VV,TLCO and The influence of RV/TLC is not as great as that of a-ge;VC,FVC,FEV1,MVV and TLCO are negatively correlated with S-I,and positively correlated with RV/TLC,but SI mainly affects MVV and TLCO;VC,FVC,FEV1,MVV and TLCO was positively correlate-d with altitude and negatively correlated with RV/TLC,but altitude ma-inly affected FVC.Conclusion There may be a correlation between VC,FVC,FEV1,MVV,TLCO and RV/TLC in patients with COPD remission, and age,BMI,life elevation, smoking index. In this subject, the older the VC,FVC,FEV1,MVV and TLCO may be smaller and smaller, and the RV/TLC is getting larger and larger;as the BMI increases to a certain extent,VC,FVC,FEV1,MVV and TLCO may increasingly large;the larger the SI,the smaller the VC,FVC,FEV1,MVV and TLCO,the main influence of SI on MVV and TLCO.Altitude mainly affects FVC,and the correlation coefficient r of altitude with VC,FEV1,MVV,TLCO and RV/TLC is small, the effect on lung function was not as significant as age,BMI and SI.The effect of BMI on lung function index is not as great as that of older age, mainly affecting VC,FVC,FEV1 and TLCO,while SI mainly affects MVV and TLCO.The increase in age affects lung function to some extent in patients with COPD,and this effect is negative.Strengthening the nutrition of patients with COPD,improving nutritional status, and quitting smoking can improve the lung function of patients with COPD to a certain extent, provide auxiliary basis for clinical treatment, and improve the quality of daily life and improve the prognosis of patients.
