Research On Prevention And Control Measures Of Tuberculosis In N District Of M Province

Tuberculosis is a chronic infectious disease caused by the transmission of mycobacterium tuberculosis through the respiratory tract.All human organs can be invaded by it,but the lung is the main invaded organ and called tuberculosis.Infection with droplets is the most common form of infection,and people are generally susceptible to the bacteria.At present,there are 900,000 new cases of tuberculosis in China,ranking third in the world.The situation of prevention and control in the central and western regions and rural areas is not optimistic.Therefore,how to find out the problems existing in tuberculosis prevention and control in the region and put forward corresponding countermeasures become the key to improve the ability of tuberculosis prevention and control in the region and even in the country.Through collecting,collating and analyzing the basic information of tuberculosis prevention and control network,organizational management bodies,human resources,service management,supervision management,health education,and data of China tuberculosis special report system from 2013 to 2018 in N district of M province,the following conclusions are drawn: The registered incidence of active pulmonary tuberculosis and the newly registered incidence of smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis in N district showed a slight upward trend during the six years from 2013 to 2018,while the registered incidence of smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis remained basically stable.It shows that although some achievements have been made in tuberculosis prevention and control,the situation of tuberculosis prevention and control is still not optimistic.The two townships with the largest number of cases are located in urban areas,which are liable to spread because of the relatively dense population.Through questionnaires,it was found that although the awareness rate and popularity of knowledge related to tuberculosis health education among the local people basically met the target,there was still much room for improvement when the awareness rate exceeded the planning target of 85%.At the same time,the author found that the problems in tuberculosis prevention and control work in this area include insufficient number of prevention and control personnel,limited laboratory testing capacity,inadequate service management,weak supervision management,and ineffective health education.In the future,the countermeasures to improve the ability of prevention and control in N district are as follows: optimizing the prevention and control system and improving the level of service management;taking comprehensive measures to improve the operational efficiency of the prevention and control system;using various methods to manage key groups;improving the security policy to reduce the burden of patients;strengthening information integration to improve the efficiency of use.
