This thesis mainly reported the studies on the chemical constituents of H.monogynum L.and E.divaricata?L.?Burk.?Gouyahua?,which collected from Yunnan Province.There are about 460 species of Hypericum genus.The active ingredients of constituents are rich in chemical structure types.The previous phytochemical studies led the types of compounds to diterpenoids,anthrones,phloroglucins,flavones and steroids.After organic solvent extraction,various chromatographies were used,including normal phase silica gel column chromatography,RP-18 column chromatography,SephadexLH-20columnchromatography,MCIcolumn chromatography and HPLC.27 compounds were isolated from the methanol extraction of the twigs and leaves of H.monogynum L.and idetified as hyperimonin A?1?,1,7-dihydroxyxanthone?2?,gentisein?3?,1,3,5-trihydroxyxanthone?4?,2,5-dihydroxyxanthone?5?,5-hydroxy-2-methoxyxanthone?6?,1,5-dihydroxy-2-methoxyxanthone?7?,4-hydroxy-2,3-dimethoxyxanthone?8?,2,3-dimethoxyxanthone?9?,3-hydroxy-2-methoxyxanthone?10?,neriifolone A?11?,hypemonone C?12?,4-?3-O-3???-3??-methylbutenyl-6-phenyl-pyran-2-one?13?,osajaxanthone?14?,toxyloxanthoneB?15?,hyperenoneA?16?,2?,4?,5,7-tetrahydroxy-isoflavone?17?,butein?18?,?-sitosterol?19?,betulinic acid?20?,betulinicacidmethylester?21?,1-?2?-ethoxy-4?-methoxyphenyl?-3-?4??-hydroxy-3??-methoxyphenyl?-propane?22?,2?-hydroxy-4?,4??-dimethoxy-chalcone?23?,protocatechuic acid?24?,aspidinol D?25?,1,5-dihydroxy-2-?2?-methylpropionyl?-3-methoxy-6-methylbenzene?26?,benzoic acid?27?respectively,determined by various spectrum datas,such as NMR and MS.Compound 1 is new.Compounds 22 and 23 were isolated from Hypericum genus for the first time,as well as compounds 3-6,8-11 and 17-19 were isolated from H.monogynum L.for the first time.Moreover,16 compounds were evaluated for their inhibition of xanthine oxidase.Compounds 18 showed excellent rate?84.2%?,while compounds 3,4,13,17 and 23 showed moderate rate of inhibition?30-45%?.The IC50value of compounds 18 and 3 are 4.058?M and 273.7?M,respectively.From the swigs and leaves of Ervatamia divaricata?L.?Burk.?Gouyahua?,14alkaloids were isolated and identified as ibogamine?1??,coronaridine?2??,19-epi-heyneanine?3??,ibogaine?4??,19?S?-hydroxyibogamine?5??,isovoacangine?6??,voacristine?7??,voaphylline?8??,N1-methylvoaphylline?9??,12-methoxyvoaphylline?10??,apparicine?11??,tabernaemontanine?12??,ervatamine?13??,picrinine?14??respectively,by various spectroscopic evidence,including NMR and MS.Compounds 3?-7?,9?,10?,13?and 14?were isolated from E.divaricata?L.?Burk.?Gouyahua?for the first time.At last,the structural diversity and biological activities of the compounds from Hypericum genus recent decade were reviewed.
