Polyphenol Chemical Constituents From Two Hypericum

This dissertation is consist of four chapters,the chapter 1 was a review about the progress of chemical constituents from Hypericum plants.The chapter 2 described the Polyphenol Chemical Constituents from Hypericum ascyron Linn,the chapter 3described the Polyphenol Chemical Constituents from Hypericum hookerianum Wight et Arn,and the chapter 4 described the preliminary screening of antitumor activity of Hypericum hookerianum Wight et Arn.Hypericum plants come from Guttiferae,which is perennial herb or rosebush.This Hypericum have more than 400 plants all over the world Except for in the north and south poles or the desert or most tropical lowland rainforest.About 55 species and8 subspecies in our country,Hypericum have most secondary metabolite which structure is original,such as flavonoid,flavonoid and polycyclic polyprenylated acylphloroglucinol(PPAP),which have antibacterial,antioxidant,antidepressant and anti-tumor biological activity.H.ascyron Linn is a plant of Guttiferae Hypericum.In addition to Xinjiang and Qinghai,it has distribution all over the country.It has the effect of anti-oxidation and anti-oxidation,the flavonoids are mainly found in the flavonoids and PPAP components.12 compounds were obtained Hypericum ascyron Linn and by positive phase silica gel column chromatography,the preparation of thin layer chromatography,Sephadex-LH-20,MCI,and HPLC.In addition,Compounds 5–7 were obtained from the family Guttiferae for the first time,and compounds 3,4,8,and 10 were not reported from this plant in the past.H.hookerianum Wight et Arn is a plant of Guttiferae Hypericum.It is located in the southeast of Tibet and in western Yunnan province.In India,the spades are widely used in wounds to cure anti-inflammatory and antibacterial.It mainly contains flavonoids and PPAPs.8 compounds were obtained H.hookerianum Wight et Arn and by positive phase silica gel column chromatography,the preparation of thin layer chromatography,Sephadex-LH-20,MCI,and HPLC.In addition,have one compound was obtained from the family Guttiferae for the first time,and have six compounds were not reported from this plant in the past.Determined by MTT method of short column H.hookerianum Wight et Arn preliminary screening of antitumor active site,the results show that short column H.hookerianum Wight et Arn above ground against human gastric cancer cells HGC-27 and human lung small cell lung cancer cells HCC827 active site for n-butyl alcohol.
