With the increasing aging trend in China and the strong support of various government policies,the development of the rehabilitation robot industry has ushered in new development opportunities.Ankle sprain is the most common sports injury in orthopedics.It has great potential market value.The medical products that assist the ankle joint in the existing market are generally based on CPM.The traditional CPM machine is used in ankle rehabilitation.It is limited to the knee flexion/back extension exercise,which can not assist the patient to perform varus/valgus and adduction/abduction rehabilitation training.These two kinds of training require manual assisted treatment by rehabilitation doctors.The rehabilitation treatment is time-consuming and laborious,and the process is cumbersome.How to improve the efficiency of rehabilitation treatment,create a good experience,balance the supply and demand relationship of medical resources,and provide patients with convenient and intelligent multi-degree of freedom ankle rehabilitation medical training is the focus and purpose of this research.This paper takes KJ/AHP/QFD integration as the theoretical support,systematically summarizes the user needs of patients and rehabilitation physicians,and studies its mapping relationship with technical characteristics,providing design reference and method for the innovative design of ankle rehabilitation robot.guide.First of all,in the early stage of design,combined with the current status of the relevant rehabilitation robot industry,the function,shape,components,working principle and human-machine influence factors of the ankle rehabilitation robot are analyzed and summarized.Then,according to the analysis results,the questionnaire and interview outline are designed,and after user research and demand mining,the KJ method is used for preliminary screening.Thirdly,the user judgment weight is calculated by the AHP method to construct a comparison judgment matrix,and sorted according to the weight value.Finally,in combination with the technical characteristics summarized by the technicians,the quality house is constructed,the relationship matrix between the two and the autocorrelation matrix of the technical characteristics are determined,and the conflicting technicalcharacteristics are analyzed to obtain a solution to guide the specific design of the ankle rehabilitation robot.The KJ/AHP/QFD theory is integrated into the design of ankle rehabilitation robot,and the mapping relationship between target user requirements and technical characteristics is reasonably converted into design guidance,which reduces design cost and realizes intelligent product function and improves The efficiency and quality of joint rehabilitation training provide a reference for the design of related rehabilitation robots.
