The robot technology is getting increasingly mature in the development course of society and has been well applied to plenty of areas.The application of robot technology in medical field yields desirable effects.More and more people suffer stepping ability disorder as a result of strikes,SCI and other related diseases.To make it worse,SCI is more prevalent among young generations,causing a serious economic and mental burden on both families and society.With the development of science and technology as well as the fast growth of economy,an increasing number of paralysis patients longer to recover and stand up again.Therefore,a design on lower extremity exoskeleton that not only helps patients in their recovery and standing but conforms to human engineering theory and emotions is an urgent task for the medical profession.To be more specific,the exoskeleton design is to meet the physical needs of user;the color and shape are made to satisfy their psychological needs.With the trend of internet,people attaches greater importance on the connection between products and the internet.There is a need to design anapp integrated with lower extremity exoskeleton in order to obtain the real time data that reflects the recovery conditions of patients.Based on human engineering and emotional design,the paper elaborates on the importance of human-robot relation and user research in the process of conducting the lower extremity exoskeleton design.The design is appraised with human engineering and chromatics,making it satisfies both the physical and psychological needs of patients.By doing the special case of lower extremity exoskeleton design,the usage and mental response of patients are justified to be the basic elements of humanization design.In addition,the design of an app integrated with the recovery of lower extremity exoskeleton is made to obtain the physical data and recovery time of patients when using the exoskeleton.Patients will come a recovery with scientific physical repetitions instructed by the doctor.In this paper,the following aspects are studied:Firstly.Based on the ergonomics,emotional design and other related theories on lower extremity rehabilitation of exoskeleton shape design;Secondly,due to the different circumstances and factors impact,analysis the shape of exoskeleton,design the best solution;Thirdly,use the theory and method of user experience to carry out user research and sample analysis for different groups of people to obtain the final needs of the users;Fourthly,using interactive and visual theoretical knowledge and App design standards,the interface design,complete information architecture,flow chart,prototype diagram and other related steps,the overall prototype test,and production of high-fidelity visual map,and finally design purposes of the interface.
