Study On The Effect Of Chinese Herbal Compound On Improving Obesity

In recent years,obesity has become more and more popular and has become a worldwide problem.Obesity can cause complications,making people's work efficiency lower,immunity decline,and even affecting people's life.However,the existing treatment options are limited.In addition to exercise and weight loss,there are deficiencies in weight reduction with drugs,surgical intervention,and traditional Chinese medicine.It is difficult to effectively solve the symptoms and treatment sequela of obese patients.The research work carried out in this experiment is as follows:(1)Two obesity models of mouse were induced by high-fat diet and sodium glutamate,and the effects of three traditional Chinese medicine functional groups(group C,group F,and group Y)on obesity were investigated.Monitoring the physiological and biochemical indexes of mice during the treatment,combined with imaging techniques such as CT and MRI,focused on the change process of fat content distribution,and effectively evaluated the efficacy of three traditional Chinese medicine's treatments for obesity.The results showed that the three functional groups could significantly improve the obesity of the two obesity models.(2)Taking the model of obesity induced by sodium glutamate as a representative,a preliminary exploratory study on the weight loss mechanism of functional group F was carried out.By quantitative analysis of gene expression levels of HSP70,HSP72,MCP-1 and IL-1?,it was found that the functional mechanism of group F,through improving brain damage and alleviate the inflammatory condition caused by obesity,group F achieves the effect of treating obesity.(3)To evaluate the safety of functional treatment of three traditional Chinese medicine functional groups through the study of related indicators of liver inflammation.The results showed that in the treatment of two different obesity models,the three functional groups had better anti-inflammatory effects and higher drug safety than the positive drug orlistat.As a prevalent disease in the world today,the new way to treat obesity provides a new choice and a better methed of safety protection for patients,it may be a new direction to reduce the incidence of obesity.
