| Under the background of Healthy China 2030 strategy,The Wuhan Union Hospital has strengthened the training of medical talents abroad,on the basis of the original state-sponsored training projects,the "Outstanding Young and Middle-aged Personnel Study Abroad Award Plan" was added in 2012 and the "Special Plan for Scientific Research and Training of Eight-year Graduates" was promulgated in 2014.It has broadened the channels of foreign exchange and promoted international academic exchanges and cooperation.It has not only increased the external publicity of Wuhan Union Hospital,but also attracted top international experts to Wuhan Union Hospital to exchange lectures.It has played a huge role in promoting the international influence of the Union Hospital.At the same time,it promotes the cultivation of elites in clinical medicine,promotes the interdisciplinary integration,enhances the scientific research strength and clinical diagnosis and treatment of Wuhan Union Hospital,and continuously increases the intensity of scientific research into clinical application for the benefit of the majority of patients and the health of the people.The paper is based on the actual situation in my work.This article hopes to provide reference for the relevant departments and hospitals to formulate the training system abroad,optimize the training mode abroad,and improve the management concept of training abroad through the research on the background,general situation of implementation,assessment management scheme,stage results analysis,problems and improvement measures of the training system abroad in Wuhan Union Hospital,to improve the level of training and management abroad,and to maximize the benefits of hospital training abroad.In this paper,comparative analysis and case analysis are used to analyze and study.Through the multi-dimensional comparison of three different overseas training methods and performance management schemes in Wuhan Union Hospital,it shows that overseas training is a very effective means of personnel training;through the comparison of different talent training management schemes,it summarizes better management schemes.Through the comparison of scientific research results,it points out the promotion and incentive effect of performance appraisal management on overseas training;The shortcomings of training abroad and performance management are pointed out,and a series of improvement measures are put forward.It is hoped that this study will provide some theoretical reference for the formulation of training policy for hospitals and related units,and provide some reference value for the implementation of training policy abroad. |
